Atendieron amablemente nuestra solicitud de la reserva de asignarnos una habitación en un piso alto. Las vistas desde la habitación eran magníficas.
La situación del hotel es ideal, a mitad de camino entre la estación central y la zona peatonal de la ciudad vieja.
El desayuno no se puede mejorar.
El diseño minimalista del baño incomoda haciendo que no se puedan colgar las toallas de mano junto al lavabo.

Die Lage des Hotels ist recht gut und liegt sehr zentral. Man hat die Möglichkeit die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden oder vor dem Hotel ist der öffentliche Verkehr.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für diese Kategorie nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Brot zB. sollte nicht ausgehen, die kleinen Tische sind auch nicht unbedingt gemütlich. Für über 20 EUR pro Person würde ich lieber in ein Kaffee in der nähe gehen.

Location: We took train from Vienna. The hotel is within walkable distance with our luggage. Very close to the city centre.

Everything except the access to the hotel by car.
It was difficult for me to find the entrance of the hotel with my car and to stop there for a few minutes to take off our luggage out of the car.
The public parking is close and with easy access to the rooms.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is good quality.
There is no room service, which is a real hassle and unbelievable for a 4 star hotel.
It was technically very difficult to connect to the wifi and on top of that you need to get a Marriott membership to get free wifi, which nowadays is something one usually has for free in any hotel ...

The location is perfect. Very close to the train station and city center. Very nice interior and spacious rooms. Looking new and clean

Breakfast, wonderful choice of food and great service.
Shame about the bitter poor tasting coffee from machine at breakfast. Would have preferred a cafetière with some nicely roasted coffee.
English breakfast tea very weak and no taste.
Perhaps have skimmed milk as an option for drinks….. a healthier option than full fat creamy milk?

Staff were great and breakfasts too. View from the room was great.
Room was dirty and we didn’t receive what we have booked. Mattress should be renewed as it was not comfortable to sleep.

Great location, comfortable clean room. The staff were super friendly and kind. Very good breakfast lunch and dinner. Everything was brilliant.

It's central. Easy access to trains and trams. Ski shuttle was around the corner. Lovely breakfast. Room was a good size for the rate. Great view.
