De locatie is top, kamer was schoon. Bed lag lekker en de douche was ook fijn. De beamer in de kamer was leuk en het zwembad is fijn om in af te koelen.

Zwembad leek niet heel schoon.

Room are clean, everything are complete for my stay, everyday can request for room service, Electric power point are more than enough. Cleaner are very nice. Reception counter staff are very helpful.

Water pressure for shower not strong enough and toilet bowl are abit higher. Cloth hanger are abit less, towel looks like used long time

The room and bed were very cozy and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean as well with amenities provided, Considering the prices in Singapore, this hotel was great value for money. The location was great as well, about 5 - 10 mins walk from the metro stations (We normally take the train from Bugis Station)

At the price, there is not much to complaint about. The only issue I had was the air conditioning keep auto resetting to 19C, even though we had Jjlfset it to a higher temperature.

Hotel direkt an der Strasse, daher recht laut am Tag und ab und an mal in der Nacht. Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, mussten einmal durch die Lobby um an den Pool zukommen

Near noisy road and windows are bed, so you can hear everything outside. Sometimes you can't sleep because of that.

The location was OK.

The room was extremely expensive for a room with no window, even by Singapore standards. However, the big issue was that there was no hot water in the shower. When I told the staff they laughed and said the hotel was very busy so maybe there was none left. We managed to get barely warm water after running the tap for about 15 minutes, but it was still unpleasant. When I said that I shouldn't have to pay full price for a room with no hot water, I was told that the water was always like this, and it was not a fault with the water. There are many decent hotels in Singapore. Avoid this one.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit, wir konnten nach ein paar Tagen das Zimmer ohne Probleme wechseln, da in unserem das Fenster undicht war. Es gibt immer Wasser von den Reinigungskräften, sie sind da sehr freigiebig, was aber auch nötig ist bei fast 35° C ganzjährig. Das Hotel ist für den public transport sehr gut gelegen, 2 Bushaltestellen fast vor der Tür und den Zugang via MRT in 5 Minuten.

Die Zimmer mit Fenster liegen zur Hauptstraße hin, aber man gewöhnt sich nach ein paar Tagen an die Geräusche, da wir sowieso mit angeschalteter Klimaanlage geschlafen haben. Der Pool ist nur zu bestimmten Zeiten geöffnet und liegt in der 4. Etage, wo die Familienzimmer sind, ergo: man trifft den Pool selten verwaist an, wir haben einfach darauf verzichtet, er ist auch nicht so groß, wie es die Fotos erhoffen lassen.

I liked that it was within walking distance of Haji Lane, my favorite spot in Singapore. It's also near Bugis Junction (maybe 9 min. walk). There were also 7-Eleven stores nearby. For the hotel, I liked the feel and comfort of the lobby. Their rooms are also nice.

The towels had a bit of smell but other than that, everything was excellent. I really enjoyed my trip because I got to rest well in the hotel.

Liked the spacious beds and good mattresses . The room including bathroom looks refurbished and maintained clean . My 8 year old liked his bed on top . It was quiet for us relax Room was spacious for family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The staff at reception are very helpful and housekeeping is very good.

Would have liked a simple electric kettle in the room and a curtain for shower over the bathtub.

Room is easily accessible with Facilities were ok and technology is good. Aircon is cold, bed and toilet is clean and tidy. Location is 10mins walk to Bugis MRT and shopping malls, decent for travelers for short stay.

Early breakfast were not available around the area due to the location being more of a shopping district as most stalls only open after 10am. Room is ok, but not soundproof, any noises from within the hotel can be clearly heard, this is a bad experience especially for light sleepers. Staffs are fierce and very rude, every single time i came back to the hotel i will be questioned by the staffs with the following "are you staying here?", "what are you here for?" and "which room are you at?". I understand security is important, but not to the point where you ask the same thing to the same person over 5 times in a single day.

Az egyik szobánk az emeleten volt, ez nagyon rendben volt. A hotel szép, ár érték arányban jó. Csak ne a pince szobát adják.

A pince szoba(B3) kritikán aluli... dohos, vékony falak, mini fürdőszoba, az ajtó alatt, mellett ki lehetett látni.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, das Restaurant Angebot in der Umgebung fantastisch. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist außergewöhnlich für Singapur. Ich werde wieder in diesem Hotel absteigen.

Leider wird der Pool schon mit Einbruch der Dunkelheit geschlossen. Ich wäre gern abends in das Wasser gestiegen.

The location was great- close to an MRT and close to a cute lane with cafes and shops. The staff were great!

The size of the room was very very small. While clean, there was lots o signs of wear and tear- especially in the bathroom.

Quiet, clean room with more space than other rooms I’ve stayed in in Singapore. Very helpful staff. They kindly stored my luggage for me and gave me a later checkout because I arrived at 3am.

The hotel is within walking distance to halal restaurant, mosque and tourist attraction spots. There are also private parking spots in front of the hotel. I would suggest this hotel for bikers.

The room is a bit cramped but I guess it is worth the price.

Really good rooms. They were comfortable and well laid out. The shower was great! The rooms were clean and staff friendly. The rooms have a smart projector with Netflix and YouTube.

The way the handle the deposit/hold on your card is not done well. Instead of using the held money to pay for the room they take a second payment but did not actually release the hold. We had to ask about this multiple times before they actioned it and even thought we saw them do it we are still waiting for the money to be full released.

Pictures and actual are completely 2 different things.

Swimming pool operating hour almost same as office hour, cannot enjoy after office hour. Balcony view completely block by trees.

Staff very welcome and professionnal The room very confortable. Near the transport.

The staff was amazing. We booked last minute and they helped us with everything. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning work really well. We could walk everywhere and enjoyed the nightlife close by.

The bathroom tub drain was backed up. We are not used to showers with no curtain and we’re unsure how to shower with mount flooding the bathroom.

Excellent location close to public transport and only one or two stops from most of the tourist destinations

There were no in house dining facilities… not surprising at the price. Singapore doesn’t really open until 10 am so finding a western style breakfast was a challenge.

I booked a family room with three beds. The first bed was decent, but the other two were unsatisfactory. The mattresses were so thin that they caused soreness by dawn. The shower and tub also had a problem. The drain was so slow that I had to wait several minutes for the water to clear. A hotel utility guy attempted to repair it, but he claimed it was a plumbing issue and that it was beyond his ability to fix.
