Quiet. Easy check in. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette if needed(we didn't use). Washing facilities (which we used).
Washing machine was broken, but once notified, staff arranged for a replacement, which was a great help.

A little further out of the city than we thought. Used the boat as mode of travel to get to city centre. Walked other days, it took around 30 mins

The location of Cosmo Central Apartment is undeniably convenient, with easy access to City Cat for Beach City and Milton Station for the city. Additionally, the vicinity boasts numerous cafes and eateries offering guests plenty of dining options.
The provision of essential amenities such as towels, shower amenities, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry detergent, and dishwashing powder at the reception is commendable. It's convenient for guests to access these items whenever needed.
The experience with the room heater was disappointing. Despite reporting the issue to the reception, it appears that the technician's attempts to fix it were unsuccessful. This resulted in discomfort for the guest, who had to endure chilly nights and resort to wearing thermal shirts and pants to keep warm throughout their seven-night stay.

Great location and friendly staff.Bed was comfy and nice views of the city etc and a great little balcony to chill on after a long day exploring.
Shower kept going hot and cold but overall was still OK.

Central to everything, especially Suncorp Stadium, great views, handy restaurants in the same street.
Milton Station just a few minutes away, will always stay here from now on

Apartment 108 is fully equipped with everything you need on the first floor overlooking the street. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, microwave, oven, hob, fridge with freezer. King-size bed with firm mattress and comfortable sofa. The room was clean and had a balcony. We used the washing machine and tumble dryer. We were satisfied with the service. The WiFi, designed for the specific room, has a nice and stable connection.
Reception hours may be longer at weekends. It was a bit of a struggle to get the keys as the phone line was too quiet. I had trouble understanding the person on the other end. She gave me the code to the safe where the keys were kept in an envelope. So in the end we made it.

The receptionist who checked is in wasn’t very knowledgeable of the local dining options, especially since on a Monday evening, a lot of venues were closed

De locatie, dichtbij de ferry, lopend is het een half uur naar het centrum. Parkeergarage. Een compleet appartement met o.a. wasmachine en droger. De airco van het appartement dat we geboekt hadden was kapot, zijn overgeplaatst naar een studio en werden gecompenseerd in prijs zonder dat we daar om gevraagd hadden.

Great location, great room. Staff and management including Maggie always friendly and helpful.
The rooms are always clean with a good kitchen do right cooking if we want.
As regular return guests we have always been very satisfied.

The location is very convenient. Walking distance to suncorp stadium, close to restaurants and one of the restaurant was right around the corner of the lobby on the same floor. 😊. Definitely a place to stay without any resistant.

The curtains did not shut, nor did the bedroom doo. If you like to wake up at the crack of dawn, this is for you. If not, it is not.

Bathroom needs an upgrade. Lots of mold and dirty bathroom.

The staff were amazing. The room was very spacious, definitely value for money. Close distance to both the city and Southbank. I would stay here again!
The only downside is that there is no pool here.
