The staff were amazing and very helpful - they recommended local restaurants and provided me with directions. My stay was infinitely better for their attentiveness to their customers.

The hotel cant change this but my view wasnt great (the clue was that the blinds were closed when I entered the room) - but I did pay a cheap rate and so I understand that would mean not a great view and I was there for work not leisure, so it didnt really matter in the end for me.

Excellent facilities. Lots of USB charging points in room. Great size room. Awesome bathroom. Comfy beds. Well equipped gym. Was told on arrival I didn’t have a booking (I did) and the reception staff member was most helpful in sorting out the error and upgraded me (possibly because it was all that was left but still a nice gesture) and gave me some free drink vouchers.

Breakfast buffet was included in my stay but I’m glad I did not pay the full paying price as an extra because it was pretty average.

Check in and out was quick and efficient. Location is handy for QPAC performances.

The Novotel is looking tired and a bit grubby. Carpets in public hallways are stained, towels were thin and dingy. Only one washer provided for two occupants. Boo.For $400.00 per night, it was disappointing.

Loved this stay. Great staff, excellent location. Very clean & comfy. I was given an upgrade without asking. Everything you could want in a hotel.

Location is perfect for seeing events at the convention centre Bed was comfortable, room was nice and spacious. Room was also fairly quiet.

Thought parking was free , but not so. Expensive to park car .

Friendly staff,offered popcorn on arrival,was able to check in earlier. Location is perfect,so close to everything.

The location of this hotel is perfect for South Brisbane’s venues and facilities. The rooms are really comfortable and nicely appointed.

The check in process in peak times is really poor. I felt like I was at Woolworths trying to guess which check out aisle is moving faster and always getting it wrong. Rather than 3 separate queues for the reception staff it would be fairer to have one queue feeding the three stations. You’d have far happier guests if they feel this process is timely and fair. We waited almost 30 minutes for attention which is really way too long.

didn’t get the room we booked, no parking on premises, were told we’d get a some special amenities but we never received them.

The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. Bed was very soft and good to sleep on

On arrival the staff at the front counter was a little rude. They should really invest in a comfortable seat in the living room so you can watch tv. It was a little bench that was not comfortable at all.

Reception, and common areas including bar and restaurant. Hotel wanted to put me on first floor, no view swimming pool and gym adjacent. Is this because I was a booking.com customer. Ended up on 5th floor, view better, but nowhere to sit as there were 2 double beds in room.

Bed was comfortable. Very easy check in process. Great staff. Bar was great. Excellent carport.

Room service took quite a long time. No milk in the fridge.
