The smell of the diffuser when you walk into your room was amazing, we actually researched if you could buy the diffuser from W Hotel after we left. The Lex made an amazing breakfast, overall a really good experience

I found the pillows too tall, but my partner mentioned she quite liked the pillows (maybe its just me) The location was good however I preferred the location of Calile hotel as we found all the best restaurants seemed to be there

Spa en zwembad zijn klein. Mijn vrouw heeft W hotel in Muscat bezocht en was super enthousiast. Ze wilde het mij ook laten zien vandaar dat wij in Brisbane ook bij W geboekt hebben ondanks de hoge prijs. In verhouding tot Muscat viel het hotel tegen. Er zijn dus grote verschillen tussen de diverse W hotels. Een klein detail maar toch een tegenvaller was dat er op de kamer in Muscat een complimentay chocoladeletter lag, in Brisbane alleen een pakje melk. Al het andere moest betaald worden.

The pretty was absolutely stunning and so welcoming

We have stayed many times there and keep coming back. We love the location and the hotel itself with its facilities

The constant staff change over is hard to get used to it because we are regulars but keep seeing new faces and wished we would see old and familiar faces

Lounge area, Valet was exceptional.

Small things: glass cup with lip marks, body wash that wouldn't pump.

Bath is the best and view across the river is lush and I was only on 12th floor. And it's central in brissy to get around and eat shop and see very thing that brissy city center has to offer. location location location.

Breakfast was excellent, coffee great. Reception was great. Valet was great - prompt and polite.

Sheets on my 17yo daughters bed had not been changed from previous guests and had hair everywhere. Took 2 phone calls and 50 mins for bed to be re-made. We had an early start the next day and got to bed much later than we planned. Completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one with 5 stars. Staff that were sent to change the bed were apologetic and polite. Also, we had tried earlier to order the ice-cream from the room service menu only to be told in a follow up call that they don't do ice cream anymore and that we could have either choc cake or panna cotta. Perhaps take it off the menu?
