Staff were always helpful, decent toiletries available if you forgot to bring some things. Silky blanket good for summer, bed was comfy and bidet was useful.

Lift seems to take a while, furniture a bit outdated. Kind of in between metro stations but not too bad.

We booked deluxe twin room. Location 7min easy walk to MRT Dongmen & bus station is the reason we pick this hotel. Bus stop Renai Road is right in front of hotel. Room is spacious and comfortable. But lighting need to be change and improve. Abit dark. Thankful we got the corner room with window that has sunlight. The bed is super comfortable. But the pillow provided is too soft. The lobby reception then provide with a green bean pillow which is good for medium sleeper like me. The toilet is equipt with bath tub, shower cubicle and bidet. The shower gel & shampoo provided is so lovely. Water pressure is strong, good relax shower after a hot day. Wifi is fast. The socket point is limited. No USB pot. Laundry washer and dryer is available at basement. Simple breakfast is available with local & western choice. Coffee and cut fruits salad is good. Lobby staff is courteous. Nearby hotel has Uncle Ma(Halal), few restaurants and cafe, 7-11, Dongmen market. Family mart, PX mart, famous Yongkang area is just across the street. Overall good stay. Recomended!

good location. the room has everything a standard hotel business suite has which is a good value to money. the breakfast was not impressive but ok. the staffs were very polite.

the only thing i didn't like was there's a little bit of odor in the room. it's tolerable so i didn't complain. it's common among a lot of "older" hotels.

The location is very good. Only a few minutes to Dongman metro station. We stayed at twin beds suite and the room is pretty nice.

The carpet is kind of old and the lighting is too dark.

Check out time is 11am and strictly enforced with penalty. Bathroom around the toilet not fully sanitized. High humidity in room hence has moldy smell.

Staff of the hotel were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean.

Walls were extremely thin. Our sleep was disturbed during our stay in the hotel. We can hear all sort of noises from the room next door. We did feedback this to the hotel staff but I guess there’s only so much that they can do about it.

AC too cold. Needed an external heater…

Very good value hotel with big rooms, nice bathrooms (great strong shower), friendly staff. For my second stay in Taipei after visiting central Taiwan I decided to come back again and stayed in the hotel in total for about two weeks. During this time, breakfast options were changed every day so I was happy with breakfast provided. Good location, less than five minutes walk from a metro station. Close to the metro station there is popular Yong Kang street with many restaurants. Nearby you can also find the most famous Taiwanese restaurant Din Tai Fung (the first original location).

I loved pretty much everything about this hotel; it was clean and spacious, the staff was so polite, courteous and helpful. The hotel is closer to Dongmen MRT station, so it was easy to get about. Breakfast was lovely too with a combination of local and western options.

The only thing was pillows; They were too soft.
