Falta un barman que sepa preparar Piña Colada.
Muchas Goteras en el hotel, solo sirve un elevador, el encargado de la recepción necesita capacitarlo o cambiarlo, los cuartos están muy deficientes sería bueno que los supervise.

We were already staying in Merida and went to this hotel as a pickup spot for a tour to the pyramids. It seemed like it would be lovely so we booked two nights. This was a huge mistake.
Unfortunately, since the onset of arriving at the hotel, it started off as one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel. We had to wait more than an hour for our room which was after Check-in time and as we were sitting at the bar, the actual owner of the hotel was extremely rude and condescending to an employee behind the ba and actually made her cry. From there, it was all downhill. The restaurant food was horrible and I think I actually got food poisoning. The air conditioner in the rooms were on auto and stayed between 18 to 20°C, which was very uncomfortable. When
we left the establishment, the elevators were out of order and we had to go down 5 flights of stairs with extremely heavy luggage. These are just some of the highlights at this hotel. I will never stay there again. And I highly caution anybody from staying there in the future.

Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es la ubicación, estás a dos pasos de la calle principal. También tiene cuartos amplios y camas cómodas. Tiene un desayuno pero me resultó caro para la calidad.
Al llegar nos dieron una habitación que no tenía vista, daba a 20cm de un muro. Pedimos cambio y nos lo dieron. Tampoco respetaron las preferencias de camas que solicité. La piscina es HELADA, pero HELADA. Nunca le da el sol. A pesar del calor no te podés bañar.

El precio del bufete y taxi se me hizo muy elevado ya que el transporte del aeropuerto me cobró 750 y de regreso en taxi pagué 150

-el desayuno super flojo, estabamos emocionados por bajar a desayunar y nos decepciono mucho lo que ofrecian, nos arrepentimos de no haber ido a desayunar fuera
-teniamos ganas de hacer ejercicio, fuimos al gimnasio, super apestoso, hacia un calor infernal, cero pesas o mancuernas, las maquinas oxidadas, no habia ni para poner musica..elegimos ese hotel porque para nosotros era importante que tenga gimnasio pero nos arrepentimos de no haber elegido otros que teniamos en mente porque al fin y al cabo el gimnasio ni lo pudimos usar
-los cuartos super viejos la verdad, se sentia ese feeling de super viejo por el olor sobre todo
-las toallas viejas, eso nos dio un poco de asco

This is an amazing hotel. We live on the peninsula and come to Merida from time to time but have never stayed in this area. We will now, returning to this hotel whenever possible.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. The personnel was also very kind and helpful.

We have a baby and asked for a baby bed. This one was old, the bed was not confortable for my kid plus they did not even provided bedsheets for it.
