Good location with view and service

Air conditioner was out of order

Thermostat seemed to be centrally managed. Never could get room to the appropriate temp. I was here 10 years ago and it seemed better then.

It has a very beautiful and welcoming reception with English speaking staff

The rooms were not on the standard of a 5star hotel and the food was extremely expensive. The bathrooms towels were very old and hard. The rooms should be upgraded to a more modernize look as it is a 5star hotel

The breakfast was really good and in an impressive ambiente. We had a nice sea view as in the booking description shown. The personal was very helpful and could speak English.

The windows for sea view need to be cleaned. The hotelroom looks a little bit aged already.

The hotel is beautiful and in a good location but very expensive. The staff were helpful.

We checked out after the first day because the aircon in the bedrooms had been switched off and we were too hot to sleep. They had no intention of switching it back on. We asked for a fan but it stopped working after 10min and was not replaced.
