We got an amazing room, I requested one with a north facing view and this was fullfilled over and above. Downstairs there was a supermarket and shops and in the next street lots of restaurants.

Had an issue with a staff member at the point of booking where I was accused of fraud (booked in my name with my partners credit card) This was quickly resolved by the manager, who was extremely apologetic and helpful in resolving my concerns

The view was incredible and the location was perfect. near great restaurants and easy access to shops. the beach is across the road.

Nothing to do with the apartment per se but it’s a little circuitous getting to the car park.

Comfortable and well appointed apartment in a great location. Uninterrupted seas views and easy walk to restaurants, beach etc. Parking a bonus.

Location was great

We had a two bedroom suite with ocean view booked. The photo's on Booking.com and Ultiqa Air's web site show the Kids bedroom with sweeping ocean views, we didn't get that. The second bedroom was facing the hinterland and tucked out the back of the apartment.

The apartments are very well located and great access to shopping centre and restaurants. we had a 3 bedroom and the living area was great with the 5 of us. They need to have directions on how to use the TV as constantly having trouble logging on. The view would be amazing on a nice day, unfortunately it was raining the whole time but at least we could get to shopping mall on ground floor without getting wet!!

The apartment bathrooms were shocking and need upgrading. There is no bench space and terrible shower area in second bathroom . I could not put my stuff anywhere and had to use the toilet with lid down.The pictures of the apartment are not entirely correct as the building is old but they make it look brand new. The photographer made it look brand new🤣🤣🤣🤣The tiled floors and steps super dangerous with the humid weather as condensation made it slippery !!!The man on front desk was not very nice as we didn’t check email and didn’t sign in till we got there and he was very short with my partner!!! Great location !!!

With the price each night, I ended up to buy hand wash and coffee pods. And was told I will be charged each toilet paper roll from Central operator then luckily downstairs front offered two rolls for us.

Apartment was dirty including mould on the lapshades, the indoor furniture was chipped and dated, the outdoor furniture was rusty and not clean. We requested multiple times to either be moved to a different room or discounted, we were told that the staff completely agreed with our assessement but the best they could offer was a $20 bottle of wine and our room to be re-cleaned because the apartments are individually owned. We were given the option a few days into our stay to move rooms across the hallway to a room that was equally poorly maintained and no different to the current room.
