フロントの方の対応がとても良かったので チェックインもスムーズにできたし、 説明もとても丁寧だった

アメニティがそんなに充実してなかった ビジネスホテルですらメイク落としや 化粧水など小さい袋のやつが置いてあるのに なかったのでビックリした 隣の部屋の外国人が朝早くルームキーを持たずに 閉め出されたようで大声を出してうるさかった

Location was perfect

rooms too narrow; not enough elevators to handle the crowds; walls too thin (we could hear other guests and noisy elevators).

It's proximity to the Sunshine City malls and Ikebukuro Station.

The bathroom was a step higher than the floor, and I was afraid I would forget and miss my step and fall. The breakfast buffet at 2700 yen was quite disappointing.

The airport limousine bus from Haneda goes to and from this hotel, making arrival very simple. The subway is very accessible, and the shopaholic family members enjoyed the Sunshine City Shopping Centre. There is a Family Mart downstairs, which is very convenient.

The room was really great! Amazing to relax and play Pokemon Go.

We tried the breakfast for the first day and it was really not good at all, and it was so expensive! (2,500 yens per person). Fruits were all frozen, impossible to eat them, and tasteless food in general. Also, not the hotel's fault but even at 7:15am the breakfast area was FULL because of so many tourists. You might not get a spot and wait in a long line while hungry.

観光だけでなく、生活用品、服、食事など建物内もしくは近隣で目的のほとんどが整っていました。 またホテル内の雰囲気や対応も思っていた以上のもので、気持ちよく過ごせました。

空調がよくない！暑い日だった。 きいてない、 狭い部屋だと逆にほこり？　 花粉症のように、くしゃみで夜何回も、 娘も暑いと あと、朝ごはん付きを頼んだのに、 なってないって、証拠がないと言われた、 対応にがっかり ２度と行きたくない

The location was very good, it’s a really nice area, the staff were nice too

Our room was really too small for two adults, honestly it was a single room made into a twin, we only had one large case and to have that open took up a large area of the floor, Although it’s a lovely hotel, over priced

地理位置特别好，爱逛池袋的宅一定要住这家，步行到kb乙女馆三分钟 S店和オトメイト大楼也都在十分钟之内的脚程 酒店内部有全家 酒店内部也可以直通sunshine city购物中心

旺季check in要排蛮久队 想用机器自助check in但是却卡在确认信息页面 最后只能乖乖去排队

L'espace de la chambre, la vue depuis notre chambre et la literie très confortable. Tout était impeccable et tout est fourni (pyjama, brosse à dent, rasoir, savons, pantoufles, etc).

La personne à la réception était froide et impatiente. La prochaine fois, je passerai pas le check-in self service.

Very clean, service was excellent, property was quite spacious and very good location near shops, restaurants, convenience stores and train station. Staff were very helpful. The view from our room was amazing 😍. Bathroom and shower were good, toilet was very nice aswell.

Pillows weren’t comfy, too soft and small. That’s all. Everything else was good.

I loved that the hotel is connected to many shops and restaurants underground. There is also a family mart on the lobby floor if you need to get something to eat or on the go. One of the female staff was kind enough to call a taxi for us.

The hotel is a bit run down, and I wouldn't say I liked how the window could not open. The AC needs to be fixed on the 19th floor because it was a bit hot at some points during my stay, but at least it was in the colder months; otherwise, that would be a problem. The tub and toilets might need a bit more cleaning because I can see some scum on the sides and under the seat toilet where the bidet was. I did not like the fact that there was no microwave on the 6th floor. There were vending and ice machines but no microwave.

實際入住酒店狀況與網路上描述的內容十分接近，每天打掃房間、提供飲用水、豐富的早餐...等等。 當然連同狹小的房間也依樣貼切。

行李箱必須塞進床下才能活動行走，雖然是意料之中，但難免有些遺憾。 酒店距離車站快走約15分鐘，若帶上行李是件痛苦的經驗

たまたま部屋が空いていたようで、アーリーチェックインさせていただいた。

地上波は見ないので、せめてTVでミラーリングできるやうにして欲しかった。

- Location location and location - Everything is near by, a big shopping mall next door, walk 8 mins you have access to the big train station - Price is fair, value for money, you get what you pay for, you can’t pay for a 3 Star hotel and expect a 5 Star hotel experience - Overall it is great, services are good, room are clean

- The room is small but as i said - you get what you pay for - The bathroom is build a level up inside the room, which is a bit strange, for some reason gave me a sea sick feeling

Staff behavior. They are very rude, mostly the young guy in the front desk.

loved being located above Sunshine City shopping complex and Ikebukoro's many shops and restaurants. well-located and only a 8 minute walk to Higashi Ikebukoro station loved having a Family Mart on the lobby level rooms were clean

room was on the smaller side didn't like the step up into the bathroom area. i was fine, but the step up could be an issue for older guests or guests with disabilities

Really cool

The hotel has an exit leading to both a big shopping mall and an aquarium. The basement floor has 2 restaurants (make a reservation for them). They have an airport shuttle for Haneda and Narita - I suggest you buy a ticket when you arrive at the hotel (find the info screen in the lobby) The gound floor has a FamilyMart with a souvenier section.

It's a bit noisy. We woke up because we could clearly hear other guests in the hallway.
