Such an interesting hotel. Amazing interior, architecture and steeped with history ! The service was superb ! Matías on the desk couldn’t be more helpful! Food was excellent!

The facilities were mind blowing. It was like staying in a museum. The blend of the old and the new was extremely well executed. The curation of all the touch points, furnishings, toiletries, materials was spot on. Staff extremely friendly and remembers your name. Had nice long chat with one of the managers at dinner and got to speak to chefs.

True experience in the heart of Patagonia. the staff is absolutely marvelous, so are the Pisco’s made by the bartenders.

The hotel has a very original design of high quality and has a nice atmosphere. Quality of the personnel at reception, cleaning and wellness is excellent! Quality of food served very good. An incident (water flooding of ceiling) caused by an “upper neighbour” was really solved very quickly and professional!!

Quality of personnel in bar and restaurant below expected level! Not due to their motivation but it looks like bad training and/or management.

I love everything! They provide the best customer service from the moment you arrive to the second you leave . The hotel building is retro and modern. Every staff member is friendly and professional. Food and drinks are top notch. The view from the rooms is stunning . I really highly recommend staying in this luxurious hotel after a walk in Torres del Paine. You deserve this reward !!!

The architecture, decoration and environment was outstanding, The location in the Patagonia, the end of the world, with the view of the fjords and the mountains are insane. Staff is well trained and focused in customer hapiness.
