Room was so spacious and the large room could have been accommodated for 4people, but we were only 3. Their services are so awesome. W e received in few seconds whatever we asked for, that's really great.

Staff was very helpful and supportive, they guided us very well, food was very good, restaurant is clean and food was very tasty. I will recommend this place and will visit again.

The location is very nice, the staffs were very friendly.

The disco bar near this hotel was pretty loud, especially at nights.

Two things I lost when I shifted my room as the man brought my bags lost the cloths on the way to room. Later I asked about the lost things he denied. Surprisingly when I was departing from Chennai at airport I got a phone call from hotel authority who informed me that your lost things recovered in the laundry. So, it happened due to the carelessness of that nonsense guy who brought my bag to the new room. This new room floor remained wet consistently. No remedy taken from the hotel management.

Professional experience, worth the money spent

Room service needs improvement, had to remind 3 time, may be one off case. Noise from the adjacent pub was seeping into the room until midnight.
