Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. They can’t wait to run away all the time and even try to avoid eye contact so they don’t need to help you even when you are standing in front of them. Staff also tried to reject my check in rudely when i am the main booker, everything was paid by me, I even own the account that booked this room. The staff rudely said “you either call booking.com yourself now to ask to change to your name or we have to reject your check in as you didn’t write your name as the check in person”. She then put my ID in the table and look away and continued to do her own things when I haven’t answer what I’m gonna do. So disgusted by their attitude. FYI the one who served me was a female Chinese manager, I did not manage to get the name. Also I requested for ice to be sent to my room via phone call, in-room dining asked me to go get it myself or be ready for them to charge me $11 service charge. I called the front desk and they arranged the ice to be sent to my room for free. What a lousy 5 star hotel that don’t know what they are doing at all. Hope you can sack and rehire all your staff. Don’t know why they hate their job so much that they had to treat customers this way.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Everything that was sentosa was within walking distance and easy to work out where you were.

It was an amazing hotel, but could do with a quick touch-up on a few dated and deteriorated bits of the room. For what you pay, you don't expect deteriorated fixings.

It's more than a villa, it's an experience. We stayed in the Aquarius villa with aquarium view and it was an amazing experience to watch the sea life from your bed or jacuzzi.

Spending two nights at the the hard to get Ocean Suite room was a perfect staycation getaway as a couple. Enjoyed the buggy rides driven by Mr William who first introduce us to the suite, friendly and polite. The Suite has got a balance of the cool Underwater Sea Aquarium view panel downstairs in the bedroom and a bright outdoor view upstairs in the living room. The underwater view panel was simply therapeutic alongside healing music from the TV's u-tube channel, having a cuppa tea and snacks, chilling and spending wonderful precious time watching the variety of fishes especially the manta ray's underwater summersault display and an addtion of scuba divers during feeding time. When the water is clear and calm, we are able to see the people at the Sea Auqarium on the opposite side of our panel, hopefully they cant see us. The butler service was wonderful and the convenience of the basement carpark was great and spacious, being able to park close to the Ocean suite. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It will be great if RWS is able to cater for Muslim family to have halal meal for breakfast. Hope RWS can consider as what I observed when i had buffet breakfast, pork was served beside the hash brown.
