Location, helpful staff, welcoming

The staff service was excellent along with the location.

The buffet breakfast offered a lot of choice including some intriguing items like detox drinks! The staff was unfailingly courteous and helpful. In-room dining delivery and clearance was very prompt. Housekeeping sent a person late at night to help me find a channel on the TV. Supplies were replenished fully and regularly. Above all the location was terrific with great dining choices within a few minutes of driving distance (eg Flury's, Mocambo and Peter Cat). The iconic Kolkata trams were a delight to watch through the window as the track ran right in front of the hotel.

The bathroom floors were slippery and I had to wear rubber slippers to keep from falling. A rubber mat would help.

Location is very central. breakfast was decent and service was great. Ms Puja and especially Mr Raja at the front office were very helpful. Mr Raja helped us with the bags when we were leaving the hotel. As it was a one way street he helped us cross the street to locate and get our taxi. Staff were always courteous & respectful. Will definitely stay here if I have to visit Kolkata again.

Nothing really. Maybe a little more cleanliness. Park Street is very busy and is a one way street like most of Kolkata.

Basically very little as unfortunately all night there was disturbance from unruly room guests
