An amazing place to relax, enjoy a cocktail by the pool. Great addition the hammocks under the trees. A true paradise.

We loved it here! It's a fabulous place to stay, with great facilities for families, away from the crowds, but not far from Limassol, Nicosia and Larnaca. The rooms are suites on two floors, with kitchen, washing machine, lounge, TV, air conditioning, outdoor lounge furniture on the terrace and upstairs balcony, and the bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The beach, though mostly stony, is sheltered and clean, and practically on your doorstep! The swimming pool is warm, clean and a decent size, with plenty of sun beds. The gardens are well maintained and attractive, and the hotel's own small beach bar has all the basics covered. The hotel is by a quiet road along the coast, and we had views front and back. The hotel is close to decent tavernas and a couple of beach bars, and several attractive inland villages (and the A1) are only 15 minutes away. The manager Pavlos is incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful, and has excellent recommendations for places to eat; particularly good was Taverna Mama in Agios Theodoros.

For 14 days we have been in paradise. The location is excellent with perfect sea view and access. We could choose from several places to sit, hang out and relax, both on two private terraces but also shared places where you can meet other guests. We did not have to fight over beds next to the pool because there were plenty. The facilities were very complete as described. But above all the facilities there were the services of Pavlos the manager. Pavlos made our stay to feel like in paradise more than just another nice holiday apartment. Pavlos always has a smile and helps you with everything you need. He also helps with questions he is not obliged to help you with. For us, he "humanized" the location and facilities. This made our holiday the best we could have.

The sad thing was that we had to leave at the end of our holiday. We wish still to be at Elya.

Nearest shop is a 10 minute drive and no small shop on site, but it's understandable so no point complaining, I'm rather just noting it

The appartment was comfortable and clean. Pool available for us, felt like a private one as there are not a lot of residents in the complex. The beach bar was nice to have a cold beer chilling on a pouf or hammock! Pavlos was really friendly and helpful (Thank you!). There are some nice fish taverns in the area, and a beautiful beach (Alaminos - 5min drive), where we had a really good time.

The 2-night stay was too short for this paradise!

The place is beautiful!!! Tranquil and has a lot of space. Lovely spacious apartment, very clean and well equiped. The sea is breathtaking and the lawn and pool add to the beauty of the place. Above all, Pavlos was just great! He helped us before our arrivals with transport arrangement, and handled every thing we needed with a smile!!!

The location of the premises was perfect, as it offered unparallel view to the sea; the vast well-kept lawn that surrounded the apartments and the lush gardens created a unique cozy and soothing atmosphere. The area was extremely quiet due to being secluded – no nearby buildings or businesses. The pool was exceptionally clean and warm. Finally, Pavlos, the manager, was a true professional, genuinely interested in guests’ needs and keeping the place clean and tidy at all times.

Excellent resort, the best choice for familys or couples. Big and clean rooms, quite area, beachfront, nice pool and a nice bar. Pavlos is the best ;-) We will visit the resort again for sure!

The rooms are great. Plenty of space for a family of 6. 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lounge with TV and kitchen with space to seat the family. 20-meter walk to a lagoon and pool. Pavlos was great at taking care of everything we needed.

we spent only 2 nights and to be honest we want to come back and visit again because honestly the owner, Pavlos, was really welcoming and kind. He always checked on us and ensured that everything was perfect. All in all, I want to thank the owner so much because we really enjoyed our stay and we hope to see him soon.

The accommodations were comfortable and roomy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen including a washing machine. the grounds are gorgeous; well kept and clean. Pablo’s the supervisor is wonderful and took exceptional care of us. the pool is lovely as is the incredible view and sea.

Just a perfect place to spend your vacation in Cyprus! Quiet, beautiful, amazing. Can suit a family, group of friends, and couples. Pablos is the best manager and one of the best people I have seen! He is the one working the magic and making it all haplen. Very much recomended.
