1) Room was very clean and well-kept. Hotel's cleaning service was top notch and we found a well-prepped room every time we came back in the afternoon after doing city tours. This is why we use hotels and not AirBNB. 2) Extra towel + room requests were prompt. 3) Ranch restaurant was accessible and had good, albeit a bit pricey food. Was useful for some gatherings we planned on our trip. Appears to be a local favourite and is just the thing for impromptu meet ups.

Some items can be improved: 1) Front desk is unmanned most of the time. You cannot do an early check-in if you have an early flight simply because no one is there and the doors to the hotel will not open. We had to wait at the adjacent resto and wait for the 2pm time for the desk to be manned. Very strange for a hotel, in fact the only hotel where front desk is virtually inaccessible before the check-in time . 2) Bed mattresses in our room were slightly bigger than the bedframes, which led to some shifting of the beds. 3) Breakfast was a bit confusing as the property did not specify upfront that the buffet breakfast was only available during weekends. Weekdays, you get a pack that contains juice + milk + cereal + power bar. They technically provide breakfast, but they should have mentioned it upfront in the room amenities. This is a real letdown and will likely give us pause when we consider a return to the hotel. 4) Shower was very noisy, not sure if it was just our room. 5) No phones in the rooms. You have to call the front desk using your mobile.

Basic rooms but clean and comfy. Breakfast good ,free parking great value for money. Good meals at the bistro and the bar staff in the sports bar where fantastic.
