the location was good. the view was nice. the rooms comes with aircon and fan! it was spacious and decent!

the bedsheets could have been newer without holes. the towel has a smell. there's no toilet paper or tissue box.

The house is clean & great view..we had a comfortable stay. Great location and close to restaurants and foodies.

Excellent unit. Night view was awesome. Just sit at the balcony with a cup of hot coffee, and enjoy the beautiful night scenery. Beds and sofa are comfortable. Very recommended for a vacation.

Location, Level of unit and ease of travel as it was very centralised. Eateries are just within 2-5mins of walking distance. Came with a washing machine for easy washing of clothes but no clothes dryer to hand any clothes.

i was given only 1 set of Key and NFC card. The main gate had issues with the locking mechanism. No key for the main door. Host replies very late and takes long to reply as always. There was a notice pasted on the main gate stating the owner has not paid up the Water service fee. There is no clothes dryer given, Bath towels are rather dirty abit. Bring along your own towels, Toiletries. missing remote for hall aircon, you can use the remotes from the room though. Overall, its a good place for travellers who just need to use the unit to just rest or sleep and do little laundry. No hangers in cupboard.

Room was spacious, view was great, host courteously gave us a 3 bedroom suite when we ordered the 2 bedroom suite.

There was hidden fees of 69myr of cleaning fees in your final bill, and when I made the booking initially I didn't see it, this was the first encounter of such problem on booking.com amongst the many bookings I did. We waited and waited until 2pm, and no one contacted us on the check in details, I have to contact the host myself to ask for the checkin method. The host didn't even bother to say hi when I contacted him. When we checked in, we noticed the room was quite spacious but lack of serious maintenance. So many cracks at the toilet walls, 3 out of 4 Aircons were leaking. And remember I mentioned the hidden cleaning charge of 69myr? Turns out they never bother to change the bed sheets, with all the hairs and even odder from last customer! The condo itself also lacks maintenance, the kids pool is super small, the adult pool got floating plastic bags inside, and kid playground also got many trashes. Was a total disappointment considering the price is not cheap actually and cleaning fee was charged. Can say this is the worst experience I ever had amongst the so many times that I travel to MY.
