التجربة لاتتكرر بسبب سوء المكان.

موقع المكان .تعاون الادارة وشكر خاص للمشرف عبدالرحمن للتفاعل مع النزلاء.

الفرش قديم والمسبح كمية الكلور عالية والخيمة الموجودة في الفيلا فرشها جدآ سئ والبتوجاز فى المطبخ قديم وبطئ عند التسخين سبب كثرة الاستهلاك .الحديقة الخارجية تحتاج إلى اهتمام وتشغيل الكفتيريا. والغريب في غرف النوم النجف لايوجد بجانبها افياش. وبصفة عامة مبلغ الفيلا يعتبر غالى بنسبة لمستوى الفيلا.

1- the beds are not comfortable 2- the house keeping are not co-operate 3- some A/C are bad smell 4- some windows without cortina

The cafe was under still construction so we could not make use of it…some of the remotes were not functioning

Spacious villa with heated pool suitable for large group. Location is close to the ArRuddaf Park.

The opulence of the property. My grandchildren love the heated pool. The garden was well and beautifully kept Above all the staffs especially at the lady at the reception were courteous and friendly.

The shower water pressure was very low.

very old furniture, ask about the villa location before you book as villas 28 to 31 are totally away from the middle garden and have actually no view

Nice atmosphere

The atmosphere. The staff at the reception desk were nice. Nada was friendly and professional. She asked me about my stay and what could have been improved, and noted my concerns.

The pool was cold, the heater was not working as it should. The air conditioning units were not clean and one of them was not warm enough. The furniture is dated and needs renovation.

If you are with a big family and want the kids to have fun, this is the place to stay!!!

I liked the suana, warm pool and spacious rooms.

One of the sinks pipe was leaking; there were no wipers in the bathrooms.
