Lage

Das Bett war sehr durchgelegen. Auf der einen Seitet tatsächlich nicht zu ertragen, die andere Seite war nicht gut, aber zumindest nicht gesundheitsschädlich. einen Wasserkocher habe ich vermisst - Teebeutel waren erstaunlicherweise da. Hab mich mit dem Topf beholfen, das war...ungewohnt. Ich meine mcih zu erinnern, dass eine tägliche Reinigung hätte stattfinden sollen, davon hab ich nichts bemerkt.

la colazione inizia alle 8.30 troppo tardi x una struttura ricettiva. L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano di una struttura senza ascensore ci sono circa 90 gradini da fare a piedi con le valigie, esperienza da non ripetere

inizierei a dire che non c'è l'ascensore, la colazione dovrebbe iniziare alle 7.30 come da tutte le altre parti.

Ottimo appartamento, con tutte le comodità. Il check in molto semplice

Das Bett bzw die Matratze könnte getauscht werden. Im 2. Stock wurde scheinbar an eine Familie vermietet. Ab 6 Uhr früh war es sehr laut bzw. Es wurde getrampelt ode mit einem Rutscherauto hin und her gefahren - an Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken. Das App. lag im 1. Stock - Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden - Stufen sind sehr steil

Sehr cooles Appartement - absolut ruhig und in bester Lage. Cooles, modernes Interieur in historischem Rahmen, sehr beeindruckend! Einfacher Check-in. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit.

Das Doppelbett war durchgelegen, die Matratze viel zu weich....schade. Für die NESPRESSO-Maschine in der Küche lagen doch tatsächlich 2 Kapseln Kaffee bereit - unglaublich.

Apartamento muy limpio en pleno centro de Bolzano. Personal encantador, que nos permitió entrar algo antes de la hora del check-in y muy amables. El apartamento tiene todo al lado y está a 5 minutos andando de la estación de tren o buses. Repitiría sin duda

Centrally located, close to train station. New & very well kept, high standard. Comfy beds.

It’s probably rarely above 29°C in Bolzano but for those few nights an A/C would be a great addition.

Super location in an amazing city amongst Mountains

Everything was easy and smooth. We booked once we gotInto town and we’re able to get in immediately. We were also allowed for a late check out at 11 though the cleaning lady was not informed and not happy when we told her.

We were concerned about blowing an electrical breaker because there was a note to not have too many items plugged in and working at one time. But it didn’t happen so we were fine.

We had penthouse nr 8 appartement above the coffee/café. All brand new. Great covered balcony. Discount in café and parking garage at 5 mins walk.

Mattress needs renewal. Too much sagging and gave me back ache. Be aware that there’s no elevator in this building. Appartement 8, penthouse is 8 flights of stairs.

great style and design, perfect location

Location was great, easy check in and out with a helpful, communicative and accomodating team.

kitchen is nice but there are no essentials at all. inconvenient for a short stay as one would have to buy oil, salt, pepper etc to actually cook and use the kitchen. For the price I would expect better quality accommodation (curtains looked used and a bit stained, balcony chairs weren't clean to use) Decoration is modern but feels cold rather than cozy. Café downstairs is pricey and they didn't offer the promised discount as I went to buy some breakfast one morning (coffee and croissant)

modernes Apartment, top Lage

Very nice design of the room, perfect location, possibility to have the breakfast at Cooper bar (discounted price). We also benefited of a better rate for parking in the proximity of the apartment. We are for the second time booking for Stay Cooper and for sure we will do it again.

There is nothing to complain, however, a suggestion to have the lamps cleaned more often, as there was some dust on them.
