Staff were fabulous --very helpful and kind. Location close to the airport was easy for the morning.

very hospitable staff. great location when seeking a BKK stopover hotel. great family room layout when traveling with small jet lagged kids (wide curtain beds that fit adult and kid).

there is no more free airport pick up and drop off by the hotel. the information should be updated. however a local distance taxi from BKK ist just 200 baht.

The staff are fantastic, exceptionally lovely and caring. Great food on the property.

Everything was great

The staff was amazing, the salt water pool is clean and inviting, rooms are clean and food is amazing. The shuttle is efficient and the ride is easy from BKK. We were traveling as a group of 14 and had to change our plans a few times and the staff couldn’t be more flexible and accommodating to us.

Staff were excellent. Helpful friendly and really courteous. Close to Airport. Clean shower and room felt clean.

It would have been nice to have been able to purchase white wine ( as well As red) with meal. Location is very good for airport but there really is nowhere else you can walk to a local bar or restaurant.

The air con was not working and there were no TV channels in English. No food nearby. Did not try out restaurant I sure it was good.
