Friendly staff, clean room.

It is little bit far from the City center, but it is not a big deal.

Room perfect and coffee and tee is the best think in room , clean 😍

The breakfast was tasty with a good range of choice. The play corner in the restaurant is a good idea if you are there with children. Easy access by car, though pretty far from the old town. Grocery store on the corner.

Very limited parking places, you have to book one in advance. The size of a standard room is rather small with a child. The bathroom is very tiny and dark.

The breakfast was great and the room clean and comfortable. The staff in the reception were friendly. But the other branch of Q hotel in the city center was bad experience the staff there have no experience dealing with customer.

The room and cleanliness

Clean and modern hotel. Rooms are nice.

The view is not great. Cleaning starts at 8AM. So first morning we were unpleasantly woken up by the noise. After asking at the reception if they can do something about it I was informed that cleaning starts at 8AM and it says so in the rules that can be found in the room. Fortunetly the receptionist said that she will see if something can be done about it. Next morning was better.

The receptionist was friendly, and checked in half of our 2 room party ahead of the others arriving. They raised their heads everytime we walked past, so they seemed eager to help if needed, but at the same time left us alone. The room was very clean, a decent size, double bed, 2 bedside tables, small sofa and a desk. They provided thicker and a thinner pillow for each guest. I've never had that before, and it was nice to have that option, and certainly it ensures a good nights rest. Duvets was 2 singles, which again i have never had and probably prefer to a standard double. Bathroom was small but neat, not new but in good condition and no signs of mold. Water was immediate and hot (or super hot if you dare move the handle from the middle). Breakfast is served in reception. I didn't eat, but it all looked nice, seemed peaceful and quite inviting. Location wise, the KFC nextdoor is open til midnight, and the petrol station also next door to it is open all night. when i say next door, i mean ~20metres.

i've had to think hard, and i'd say the most dislikable thing is that the lift/elevator only speaks in polish? and secondly if you don't know you have to push the glass pane "buttons" hard, you'll go nowhere. I don't know if it's good value for money, because i don't know what money buys in poland, but i'd guess that it's good value for what you get.
