A great hotel. So many free amenities avalible which was great!! It was a fun couple of nights. Staff were incredible!

The bed was rock solid! Be aware if you are staying for more than a night or two. Also a 15+ walk to nearest station which can be a bit of a pain with bags.

Beautiful rooms, very romantic. The staff were great, and helped to work through the language barrier

- Great big rooms - lot of things they had were for free especially for the spa in the room - friendly staff, they do struggle to speak English but they try their best!

- The bed was very hard, I couldn't sleep on my side because it hurt - the shower and bathroom tiles were coming out and water was under tiles when stepped on - location isn't the best, nearest station was a 16 minute walk - if you want a quiet little stay this is the place but if you want the city close to you then maybe stay close by it - not a bad place but wasn't for me

The room was very big and fancy but the bath was the best! Really good bath and shower with heaps of free soaps, shampoos, etc. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and they had very fast room service.

The location was not good. It felt so isolated from central Kyoto and was just around heaps of other love hotels. In the rooms you could order 'free' food and drink from the tv however apparently it wasn't free despite every bill stating that it was meant to be. The room stank of cigarettes. If you stay for multiple days, you get a new room key each day.

Very nice and spacious rooms and breakfast included as well as free meals every day (essentially only had to buy lunch everyday we were here). Plenty of amenities

Tv menu ordering could have been a little easier of there was also English (could figure it out because I knew a little Japanese already). When we first got there they had forgotten to empty bins from the last people who were there which was a bit disappointing. Finally, you had to wait ages at reception for someone to come out - they need a bell to ring.

The room was bigger than expected, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff very helpful and polite.
