advantages of staying in an apartment? definitely the location and check-in process. And that's the end of it. If you want to spend your vacation feeling sleepy and sweaty, choose this apartment. there is no air conditioning, which was no secret, but I have been traveling for many years to a wide variety of destinations and I know that not every place needs air conditioning to feel comfortable. However, this is not the case here. My apartment was a barbecue due to the arrangement of the windows. It was disgustingly stuffy, muggy, there was nothing to breathe. Nights were a nightmare, even if you try to ventilate the apartment in the evening, after sunset and open all the windows - you won't fall asleep because there's a club under the house, screaming all night long. If there was air conditioning in the apartment - it would be enough to close the windows - then there would be no noise and it would be possible to sleep comfortably. A simple solution to resolve two problems. I slept on the beach during the day on a sunbed and it was cooler than in the apartment at night. Really. Oh and no window/ventilation in the bathroom. I asked for an additional fan, I got it for which thank you, unfortunately it did not help much. Only once I slept in similar conditions: in the middle of the jungle in Colombia, in a corrugated metal hut with no windows.

this building include a disco club and this club is open everyday until 6 at morning with a high sound of music which prevent my children from sleep.Moreover the fridge was so small and does not cool the food good although i informed the owner that we are 6 person .the last thing was the wifi it was so so bad we have to use our private daten to stay in connection .

Near to beach is all I would say! I would like to speak with someone as I have had a very traumatic time away as the sofa bed collapsed on my 14 year old ankle needing hospital attention!

As above plus crazy noisy & unsavoury activity when sitting on balcony at night!

The apartment is uncredibly close to the beach, providing extraordinarily good value for the price. It also has a huge balcony with perfect view

All night disco and noise from bar customers often till 7am and then somebody moving furniture around for a further hour. Walking up four flights of stairs. Difficulty finding the door to the apartment. Lack of staff for questions. Basic facilities and twin beds. Very uncomfortable sofa and flat batteries in the tv remote Nowhere to park.

Very good location 👌, close to the beach ⛱, restaurants, bars 🍸, all shops just around the corner 👌 👍 😀 , big balcony where you can enjoy yearly morning 🌄 coffee ☕ breakfast 😀 , and late evenings...

Don't have air-conditioning, washing machine

Towels changed 2 times for 10 days. Apartament is located near nice the Beach ca. 30 meters. Very comfortable check in and check out.

When we went in there was unpleasant smell, all Windows were closed. The bed (matress) in the living room was uncomfortable. Very hot and 2 weak fans werent enough for 2 rooms 😉

Location, very clean and bright apartment.

The apartment was very close to the most beautiful beach and promenade. It was nice. Miguel was extremly flexible and kind. Our flight took of only in the evening, and we could enjoy our vacation until the last minute. Miguel allowed us to check out later and we could take a shower before we traveled. The cleaning staff was also very helpful. We'll be back soon.

Loud nightlife, but it didn’t bother us. Only families with small children might not like it that much.

Noise from disco club all night long

No clean towels during the week, we used ours for 8(!} days. Very noisy at night (discotheque in the cellar), we bought earbuds but sometimes we still couldn't sleep. Hot water from the boiler wasn't sufficient for 5 persons, after 2 or max 3 (short) showers the water turns cold The cooking pans were damaged (antistick layer), not so healthy
