The location of Estadia was good as it was located near to the shopping centre, very convenient ,just the way to shopping center is horrible as no shop open. The staff very friendly and helpful for check-in and parking. The room prepared one time use shoes which is good for hygiene purpose.

The breakfast is not worth and is far from the Estadia, breakfast not much choice. The room is small, bedsheet got dirty stain, the kettle is dirty, the bed too soft.

The room is spacious, beautiful and clean, suitable for the needs of a large family. The staff is helpfull and quick to act when there is a problem. My kid & parent very comfortable & happy of the room & living room.

Breakfast was not informed in booking.com that I had to go to the Hatten Hotel, which made it difficult for us cz there were elderly parents and I had to push a wheelchair with a small child. If I knew it wasn't in the same hotel, I wouldn't have chosen the room with breakfast. Really disappointed. Plz update your location breakfest like you update at your direct website. The card sensor to enter the room is also problematic, we need to go to the receptionist. I got 3 cards... But all can't be used n need go to the receptionist repeated . Really annoying.

Good location to Malacca central

Dirty floor, bath towels dirty (perhaps hung for months when room unoccupied), sanitary taps not functioning well

Main entrance and exit at the back street, which is the reason why we couldn't find it on arrival

Location & hotel check in counter. The family room for 4 pax was excellent!
