The location was decent. Attached mall allows you to purchase necessities easily.

Purchased an extra night because we were checking in at 5am. Upon check-in we were given a room that was already occupied. Imagine our shock and surprise when you enter a pitch dark room and hear someone shouting at you when you enter the room. Place gets too crowded with families. Getting up and down in the lifts is extremely frustrating and can add up to 15minutes to your time.

1. Edificio no tan antiguo en mal estado de conservación y limpieza. 2. El pasillo donde se encontraba nuestra habitación MUY SUCIO, paredes rasgadas con la pintura caída. 3. Toallas que huelen mal, deshilachadas y de color negro de no lavarlas bien, ¿Es tan caro lavarlas como debe ser o comprar nuevas e ir renovando? 4. Ropa de cama manchada, sucia y muy antigua, ya no es de color blanco de lo vieja que está. 5. Almohadas amarillas y con olor a grasa 🤢 6. Por esta habitación no pasaron una escoba, fregona o algún tipo de producto de limpieza. 7. El aire acondicionado funciona cuando le da la gana. 8. No hay Wifi. Entiendo que la infraestructura ya no esté nueva, pero por lo menos un mínimo de limpieza y respeto hacia los huéspedes que se alojan. A su favor he de decir que el gimnasio aunque viejo está bastante bien y las piscinas no tienen mala pinta. ¡NO RECOMENDARÍA POR NADA ESTE LUGAR DONDE LA LIMPIEZA BRILLA POR SU AUSENCIA!

Location is great, pool is great, gym is ok, skyroof restaurants is great. There is mall attached to hotel at ground floor, malacca river & mortem traditional village just next to the hotel.

Used to be immaculate. But now start to rundown. Blackish mold starts to accumulate in the bathroom. Bathroom fittings like toilet paper holder is broken, towel shelf broken. AC sound very loud that disturb sleeping. Breakfast spread not as wide as before covid19 time.

Spacious apartment and good location.

Bad water pressure. No wifi (already informed). Tv not working. Utensils not cleaned properly. Dish soap not provided. Aircond in master bedroom not functioning well.

Need to improvise on the cleaning services and check in service. It took 40 mins for us to check in because the queue was too long.

Location was excellent, nice pool and gym.

That we could not use the washing machine and oven. Wifi in pool area was very slow.

Everything. It was a horrid time staying at this hotel. Totally regretting my decision. Wall light was not working, dock lock was jammed, had lizards in my room. When i told the staffs about it, they said they will send maintenance and maintenance said it will take 2 days to repair due to wiring works. When i asked if i could change rooms, they said no. How am i supposed to tolerate that when the own hotel staffs are not willing to help? Disgusting. Not even a refund was given. To make it even worse, i was staying on the 19th floor. i waited for lift at 6:07pm and the only time i got the lift was at 6:39pm. How is that even tolerable? Hotel staffs were bringing their rubbish bin into the guest lift as well. Absolutely horrendous.

Apartment size was decent. Floors, beds, toilets and rooms are clean.

We requested for a baby cot once booking was done and also reminded them again upon check up. We waited an afternoon for it to be sent to our room but had to go down to ask for it again when it didn’t arrive by night time only to be told that they had given them to the hotel guests and had no more stocks. Prior to that, nobody came and informed us of the unavailability. It was also a little difficult to find the entrance to the residences initially.

swimming pool water features was not functioning, kids quiet upset with that. my booking was fr 2 adults n 2 kids, end up only 2 towels provided and paid rm20 fr 2 extra towels. waiting period fr the lift quiet long...pillow qualities totally not acceptable🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ 2 days stay couldn't had chance to hv a nice sleep at all😪...in overall not recommended...

actually for breakfast there is better if they put dessert like cookies, muffin or cakes.. there just have some bread for dessert
