This is very nice place . I have been in Amsterdam before but this place is very specific place to feel the real Netherlands.. The bungalow was well equipped The staff is very friendly. I do recommend it for families with kids.

EuroParcs Poort van Amsterdam was really amazing and exceeded our expectations. Bus stop right outside of the resort so easy travel to the city. very friendly staff. Very relaxing setting.

Nothing to complain about. If anything it would have been great to stay longer.

The place is spectacular and so peaceful.... I highly recommend it, and I will definitely re-book if I ever return, which I hope I will. The houses are well equipped and the back garden on the lake is so relaxing. Ducks, goose, and birds all over. Linen and beds are comfortable. The house was clean, but there is an ant problem that needs to be tackled.

Only few suggestions, the stairs going upstairs are a bit narrow, so if you are a group of elderly people, ask for bedrooms downstairs. A shower needs to be installed upstairs where there is a tub as it is more comfortable.

The resort has pretty new houses with all you need. The location is great, nice place to relax, enjoyable for kids, next to interesting villages,

The house could be cleaner - but it was not a disaster in any case.

the supermarket expensive and limited products, wifi is weak and slow , the distance between the resort and the bus station is 1.2km . They not serve towels by free you have to pay , no cleaning services.

supermarkt inside of the property open until 16.00 . There are another supermarkts around , but it would be Nice to have the store open .

Beautiful place with tipical dutch houses. Great indoor pool, indoor playground. The park is 20 minutes from central Amsterdam.

During rainy days there is nothing to do in the park, except for the pool.

The facilities are great for family! Kids parks, indoor pool + playground, the house was big and spacion, intim and with enought garden for the kids to enjoy. The gaz cooker was an extra and the heating in the house just perfect.

The beds and pillows are very bad quality and after 2 nights you might get a back pain, also little things like gloves for the oven, supports for hot food, garbeage bin in the kitchen are total missing. You better bring everything with you or prepare to buy from local shop (sugar, tea, salt, oil, soap rtc.)

nice place , beautiful landscape and views, sharing location, special thanks to receptionist, they are so kind and gentle, provide all kind of support to the guests! our family had a fantastic time there!

the housekeeping can be improved , the premises were not cleaned well, you can see a dust and trash partials in the corners and specially under the bags

It is a beautiful park and close to many touristy towns. Also easy to travel to Amsterdam by car to Amsterdam Noord, park, and then take the metro. There also is a bus not far from the park. Our house had a wonderful view over the water and a nice outdoor area. The lounge, kitchen, and dining area was very spacious and well equipped. For bad weather the pool is definitely a great bonus. It should be noted that the reception staff were friendly and helpful!!

It really is a pity that the house was not properly cleaned. The bathrooms could do wit a good scrub, especially the floors. The paint on the wooden stairs was dirty and dusty. The white painted handrail/banister was dirty and sticky! I understand that it is difficult to get staff, but once they are employed they should do a good job.

the facilities are dirty, and the house was dirty had to clean it up by myself, and I haven’t received my deposit back it’s been 42 days and I still haven’t received it I’ve been contacting the staff but nothing new they just ignore me,
