Rude and unhelpful staff specially the girl at the reception. I requested an early check-in and she became rude to me. Later, I requested to change my booking date which they didn't even consider. Very pathetic experience.

Reception team are exceptional specially Boumédiène and Amor They are providing the best customer service ever Thanks for their dedication and how they are helpful to give the full support at all level if you need anything just call them they will facilitate everything thanks for the management for hiring such talents

Key cards didnt work, so almost everyday needed to come back to receiption to recharge key card.

The room was comfy and spacious. The location is good. It is in 10 mins walk from metro station. There is always a taxi in front of the Hotel.

When I arrived, the guy who did the check-in give me a bottle of water I was so thirsty, and I drink that one I asked to have another one, but he refused to give me.

they must improve the cleaning service, the communication with guests, to supply the room with all the hotel accessories ( rope, slides, toilletries etc ). lobby is outdated with dirty sofas.

The rooms are clean and exactly like the pictures. The staff are very polite and kind. Breakfast was well served. Hotel has a parking and reception 24h. The location is great, near to Mall of Emirates and shops around in street are open till late. It was a very nice experience.
