Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful with all our questions and requests.

The breakfast which is included in the price of the stay could be upgraded. There are two options - western and asian which both consist of fried spam, eggs, free to use coffee and juice, but differ in rice for asian and pancakes for western. The same breakfast every day is not very enjoyable and a difference in protein choice is strongly recommended. You could upgrade for a buffet breakfast for 300php pp, however, I think this inclusive breakfast could be upgraded a little and bring more joy.

We (four friends) stayed here for 4 nights and had a great stay. The staff were super friendly and courteous (we loved Mike on reception - very nice guy). The rooms were very comfy, (excellent bed and sheets) showers were amazing and wifi was strong. It's a little way out from the main town, but tuk tuks wait outside the hotel and charge 25-50 pesos per person to get to town so it's not a problem. Lovely swimming pool, well maintained, clean and looked after hotel. Overall, we'd recommend this hotel because we had a great stay and it's fun, clean, comfy, friendly staff and a great pool, but there are a few minor improvements (like the food) that we hope they make as it could so easily be an absolute 10/10. Breakfast could have been better because it was usually cold unless you get there right at serving time (6am). But otherwise good. The food from the restaurant at night time was not so good at all - would not recommend eating there. One thing we were not happy about though was the tour we booked through the hotel. We booked the Super Ultimate Island Tour and went for a private option. On the paper brochure it says kayak included. We booked for four people. We checked with reception to ask if there would be enough kayaks for all of us. Once we got to the tour they told us that only one kayak was included and we'd have to pay another 1,200 pesos for another kayak. We thought this was a bit out of order because we paid for their most expensive private tour and it said kayak included. It also said food and snorkels included, but does that mean only two of us get food and snorkels? Unfortunately, the hotel didn't reimburse us this 1,200 as they said it's booked through a tour agency. But it's their writing on the brochure and they're displaying it so they should be responsible.

beds are very comfortable. the room was ver quiet! there was no noise at all at night. shower had good water pressure. internet was good. very nice pool.

few sunchairs at the pool. might get busy if too many people want to hang at the pool. don’t expect too much from the breakfast especially if you are vegetarian - was still ok. pancakes, some fruits and a bit bread. location is a bit away but just a short ride with a tricycle

Comfortable beds and clean rooms

The location is far from town. Poor wifi connection. They do not immediately refill breakfast. They have early cut off for on-call massage.
