The bathtub was amazing. It was super large and I really enjoyed that. The breakfast was a good quality Korean-style American breakfast as well. Bed was comfortable.
The room itself had some spots that hadn't been cleaned very well. There was a hair in the bathtub and a bit of hair near the mirror in the bathroom. It was clean at a glance, but if you looked closely, you could tell that someone may have been in a bit of a rush.

I really liked how quiet the area was! I was able to rest well. Also, the hotel was extremely clean which made me feel comfortable

LOCATION. It is perfect for people watching concerts at KSPO Dome or the Handball Gymnasium or anything at the Olympic park. It is 7 mins by taxi, 15 mins by bus and the hotel has bicycles for rent if you want to cycle to the Olympic park. It is also walking distance from Lotte World and the Bangi Food alley is 1 min walk. There's a subway closeby with an elevator as well.
The towels were changed and the bathroom amenities as well as the water were rwplenished everyday.
Ther welcome drink also when you check in is a nice touch. By the way this is my 2nd time staying here because it is really convenient.

modern & clean boutique style hotel, very friendly staff, lovely breakfast. free use of washer & dryer. 5min walk to Jamsil subway station and Lotte World shopping mall. lots of restaurants nearby.

The location close to lots of restaurants.
The bed was big and the pillows were very comfortable.
The room was modern with big TV screen.
Great ventilation in the bathroom.
There were no hooks in the bathroom for the towels.
The bathroom was almost next to the bed with glass door, it was not visible for the other person in the room, still it felt like there was no privacy when using the bathroom
There was no instruction for the AC remote control which was in korean.

The location was good, just 7-9 walking distance from Lotte world.
1-2 min walk from food area. 1 min from local grocery store.
2 min walk from main road and public transport.
Staff a helpful and friendly and above them all was the hotel’s treasure, Muna at the reception. Not only a lovely person in person, she speaks perfect English and was beyond helpful taking care of my personal transportation and did it always with a smile. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her.
Breakfast, just wish there were more veggies options.

Very clean and close to everything such as the food alley and Lotte World Mall. Staff was very friendly and nice!
Rooms are way too hot, no way to adjust heater besides opening the window.

The location is convenient since it close to the food alley in jamsil.
They stated there was AC, but there wasn't bc you had no control of it. It's a loud, party area at night and nightly women peruse the area. The room was dirty, bathroom was moldy and the toilet got clogged easily. I won't be staying there again.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was small but very typical of South Korea. It fit our needs just fine so no issue. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was included and was very good. a little repetitive. I don’t want to see a sausage again anytime soon, but everything else was very good. The staff spoke English well or at least enough for us to communicate our needs without issue.
Area is a little noisy due to the surrounding hotels and just the amount cars that are everywhere due to the parking situation. Plus there is a body shop near that caused a lot of noise, but no actual issues with the hotel itself or that would stop me from staying there again.

The staff is very helpful! We asked for an upgrade and the flooring has a heating system which we felt very comfortable during the cold weather.
In general, the room is clean and was constantly cleaned everyday.
