Location great. One lady we spoke to was great. She changed our room for us on arrival due to disability. She was lovely,Thank you . Bedding and towels spotless.

Accommodated our needs exceptionally well. Ann on the front desk was lovely and was always helpful. The rooms are a good size and beds were comfortable. We booked for a place to sleep and it certainly worked well for our group of 10. The location is brilliant if you plan to spend most of your time down south shore. Overall couldn’t complain for the price paid and I would stay again for the same purpose.
Did have a couple of problems with the showers across the two rooms but these things happen and the staff got the right people in to resolve the situation pretty swiftly.

The location was good, the hotel has nothing else going for it.
Property was utterly filthy and disgusting. The rooms stunk and were dirty with stains on the floors, doors and walls. Bedding was stained with blood and hairs in bed. Kitchen equipment like the microwave didn't work, but that hardly mattered when you wouldn't want to cook in there. This place should not be allowed to operate as a hotel, it would hardly be suitable as a shelter for the homeless. The rooms either overlooked a mucky alley or a filthy courtyard out back where there were rotting carcases of birds.

No fans window broke so couldn't open one smoking weed outside till all hours

The hotel was well located on the prom a short walk to the lovely south beach pier,the pleasure beach park and located close to everything being on the prom just across the beach.
the Hotel over road parking to the front of the building is owned by a NCP carpark,which is chargable £14.95 for 24 hours. you have to download the NCP app on your phone to pay.found the app didnt work smoothly causing some stress at the start of our holiday.

poor maintenance, shower was freezing, dirty carpets, heating on full blast was like a sauna. hotel and room stunk of cigarettes. generally quite dirty

Balcony door was held shut by to bolts .
The window was cracked , blind didn't work .
The bathroom could have been done with updating.
The paintwork could have been tidy-up.

Location and helpful staff
TVs we’re broken, key was bent and couldn’t lock, hot tap was broken, couldn’t shut window. Spider webs on ceiling, wrappers left in drawers, one of the beds was broken and dipped on edge.

Bedding and towels were lovely and white, room had been cleaned the floor was still and smelt nice
Only 3 light bulbs worked out of a possible 12
Tiles in the kitchen were broken and moved when you attempted to wipe them down

Was OK, only room was really cold and smells of smoke even though it had no smoking.

tHE LOCATION IS 2ND TO NONE ON THE BLACKPOOL SEA FRONT AND THERE IS THE BONUS OF A BALCONY ON THE TOP FLOOR APARTMENTS WITH WONDERFUL SEA VIEWS.
CAR PARKING CHARGES LUDICROUSLY HIGH HENCE NOT PARKING AT PROPERTY.

The hotel was in an excellent location, had all we needed & parking on-site. The staff on reception were also really pleasant & helpful.

The view of the sea was good and the bed was very comfortable
Not being able to park outside in there car park and not being able to sit on the sofa there in the room it is to low down we wouldn't be able to get up if we both sat on it that's why we left a day early it was not comfortable sitting on the bed all the time

yeh I like it was very nice , nice staff
there was meant be lift but it was out of order and we were on top floor with a toddler so it was hard , the shower was hard to work took a while for hot water to come on and there was hairs in the bathroom
