Location good, Room good value, basic but had what’s needed.

A wall on stairs had damp damage and made a mess on the steps it took then over 24 hours to clean it up and it was not cleaned well and still made stairs dirty - this left a poor impression of the hotel as it was the only stairs to my room. However my room and rest of hotel was clean and there staff come thru everyday.Kitchen had minimal supplies and only one coffee pod with no more in sight and hotel had not been busy. Walls are thinner than you might like - my upstairs neighbors coming in late at night did disturb me a little

Room 1 is on ground floor and used to have a door to the street, which is now locked. Sound insulation is bad and one can hear people speaking on the street, people in the room above flushing toilet, and people in the kitchenette doing anything. The room has no windows and therefore no natural light or fresh air. Wifi was as good as non existing. Because of how it's built, the bathroom is basically in the room. There was mold on the shower wall. Very bad value for money even by Menorca standards.

We were walking Cami de Cavalls, so after we were sleeping on the beach, this was really luxury for us :) all what we needed, a good shower and a good sleep in bed! Good location.

Perfect location, hassle free check in and well maintained property. Perfect spot to enjoy some time in Ciutadella, has everything you need and would expect for the excellent price

Central to walk easily all over the old town. Great that it had a shared kitchen down stairs with fridge etc... And a cute little inner terrace Great security with key plus a coded front door entry system

Other guests banging on each others doors, shouting & leaving like a herd of buffalo at 7am on a Sunday morning! But not the properties / owners fault!

There was no toilet paper

- Great location - clean - nicely looking apartment - rooms were quite big but.. the ceiling was shockingly low

- 0 noise isolation. You could hear other guests from other floors talk, sneeze, snore or go to the bathroom - i was on the top floor. My heights is 160cm (avg non tall person). It was not possible to stand up straight in the 2nd bedroom and to enter the bedroom from the bathroom, you had to almost get on your knees - both rooms have entrance to the same bathroom that includes bathtub, shower and toilet. To exit the apartment from the 2nd bedroom, you have to pass through the bathroom and the 1st bedroom. So if the guests from 1st bedroom are asleep or in the bathroom (showering or using the toilet), guests from the 2nd room are trapped. - stairs to get to the top floor can be challenging for some but should be ok for most. - on the 2nd day of stay, the staff entered the apartment without knocking the door to clean it. Knocking is quite important. You know, privacy and stuff

Tiny bed. Very tiny for two. Small room. No door to toilet? :) Not suitable for fresh relationships .. 🤭
