The hotel is in excellent location, spacious room, very warm, nice bathroom, great staff. The wifi I’d good enough to have video calls, to watch films and videos.

When it was freezing cold outside, there was a little air leak from the window, still the heating was great and I didn’t feel cold at all (though I used the window sill as a fridge).

Nice service! Respect for staffs!!!

We had a really good time in Aykun Hotel. Is a new modern and well located hotel ,very clean with nice and quality breakfast. But mostly i would like the girl in reception(Aruzhan i think her name) for her help to find and communicate with the hop on hop off red bus

The hotel is warm and clean. Most of the staff try to provide good service. Sauna is hot enough. It was suitably located for the purpose of my trip.

One cannot be sure if and what level a service will be provided: * One day the laundry service did not work and I learned about this only the next day after inquiring. * One night a crowd of guests was shouting in the corridor, banging on doors and slamming them throughout the night. Apparently, the staff did not take any action to pacify them. * Cold water buckets and showers in the sauna do not work properly / need repair. * Breakfast is geared towards local taste. While the variety is sufficient, there is much more to be desired in terms of quality. * One day the buffet for breakfast was completely cleaned out at least 10 minutes before 10 am.

well, in this standard bedroom, the vent in the bathroom has been not working which caused the whole room full of smell and mould

turned up and the rooms stunk of stale smoke and wifi didn’t work at all. we moved hotels so asked for a refund, but instead of refunding they charged twice! crooks
