+ The place is conveniently near Mt Omuro and some other natural scenery. + Being a long weekend and with few days to reserve, other places were either booked out or elevated their price a lot. Pretty glad this one was still available at a reasonable price. + Very friendly manager.

- The place is somewhat old, and there are bugs in the area. I didn't mind either, but something to be aware of. - There are time slots to use the 'onsen', which might be a bit inconvenient.
