Beach was beautiful, staff were helpful and polite and breakfast was great. The pools were nice but very warm (which could be a pro or con depending on what you want!) Big thanks to Jewels for helping set up our lovely engagement!

A few big problems. We got engaged during our stay, which was wonderful but the hotel did nothing to make this a memorable experience. Our first room was ok but it was VERY bright and was woken by a rooster every morning. The lights didn’t work and the fan would turn on and off randomly. The night we got engaged, the lights weren’t working so we had to get maintenance up at night to fix it. Damper on our engagement night. After the engagement, we didn’t receive an apology about the issues with the room or even a congratulations. We then had to ask ask for a room change which was accepted and the second room was better but still not perfect. The blinds don’t cover the whole window so it’s still extremely bright from about 5am (bring eye masks). We then asked for a late check out, and while the room was available, late check was only available at a hefty cost. The shuttle busses were at odd timings, nothing around lunch or dinner time so had to pay for transfers most days. All in all, for what’s meant to be one of the most special trips of our lives, the hotel did nothing to make us feel special at all. Everything came at a cost. We didn’t even receive a free congratulations drink after spending a large of money at our engagement dinner. Definitely NOT 5 star hotel standards. Not sure why this is classed as 5 star, I would say it’s 4 star at most.

Everything is perfect inside, you don’t even need to go out. Service is very nice, place is clean, food is great and foam party was amazing.

It’s not on the White Beach and shuttle service times are insufficient.

The restaurant Mosaic was definitely the best at the entire Boracay. Both the quality of food and decor were impressive!

The hallways smell like humidity, there aren't any activities at the hotel besides laying at the beach, and there isn't any music or entertainment by the pool side, unlike other hotels in the same area.

Main lobby was pretty warm compared to other areas, which made waiting for transfers a bit uncomfortable. I personally prefer the beach at station 1 as the sand is more powdery, but the private beach was still good.

Thought being located at station zero would be a problem, but immediately after arriving the resort we already didn’t want to leave. We traveled with two kids and it was so convenient that the resort had multiple pools and a play area for the children. Restaurants were also superb. We loved the steak, ceviche and roasted corn soup at Mosaic and the morning bacons at Saffron were just the best!

Road outside the resort was under construction so expect a bumpy ride if you’re traveling to a different station.

The buffet breakfast was great. Good selection of foods. I really like their desserts and bread. The Crimson pool was great as well, they have the main pool and the infinity pool. The beach experience is superb as well, love the pristine water of Boracay and the big waves. The drinks served at the bar were excellent.

I just hope they have an earlier time scheduled for transfer from the hotel to station 2 of Boracay. They should offer water sports activities at the hotel too. I'm sure the guest will love that instead of going to station 1 or 2 to have those activities.

I liked the location and the food.

The reception area. There are too few seats for the incoming and departing guests.

it was immaculate, clean. very modern. the breakfast buffet was the best thing about it. my spa experience was tailored to me and a beautiful and relaxing experience. and they made every effort to accommodate me and had a huge time range even late into the night. it truly seemed like each staff member knew about it ie. room number, name, people in party (especially at the breakfast buffet) and it was apparent at each arrival area. even in the interim while waiting for the boat to take us to the island and our concierge and our drivers who picked us up at the airport. the shampoo and other items smelled really good. we were allowed to check in extremely early and because our original room type wasn’t ready, they upgraded us and even set up another bed. my auntie stayed at shangri la next door but we never ever felt less than or missing out. btw, you should see their infinity pools on the roof. super private because no one really goes to those although, I have to say I liked the pool bar.

the only thing I didn’t like is that the electricity was a problem for the entire resort. my parents and 4 year old got stuck in the elevator for some minutes. my shower and my dad’s was cold the first day. they did inform us of the issue.

The breakfast buffet was amazing! There were plenty of food choices. I especially liked how willing and helpful everyone was—especially Jona and Ray from Saffron Cafe!

Due to confusion, I booked the wrong room for us! But John, the Front Desk Manager, was able to sort it out for us.

Excellent property, very well managed.

Breakfast could have more vegetarian and vegan options and these could be marked as such.
