The facilities and the staff were fantastic . There was nothing to fault
During our stay there was a wedding which meant the pool area was not as quiet as last year . Both pools had many children playing in them . It would have been nice to have an exclusively adult pool and a separate pool for children’s use . This would have been better for non wedding guests . However , I understand that that could be difficult

Everything was perfect! From the breakfast, to the service, to the location. Great amenities, gym, tennis and very near Sparta and the castle town of Mystras.

Really nice resort and staff were simply amazing. they helped us with everything we needed. Definitely one of -if not THE MOST- beautiful and customer focused hotels in the wider area.
highly recommend their tennis courses and spa
just the fact that there were some emergency exit lights that were emitting blue light in the room but they immediately came in the middle of the night and did their best to cover them up so afterwards was not so much of an issue.

The room and the amenities (even little molton brown toiletries) were fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast had many options.
We forgot to ask in the reception for a massage and we called later to do so, however, there was no staff in the spa when we called, so eventually we didn't book it.

No way to get a massage, as there was only one masseuse available for the whole hotel ... off-season a bit, but still. We were 5, so only 2 got the massage :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room itself was comfortable and clean with an amazing bed and generous bathroom. The pool area and bar was also very nice to watch the sunset. Breakfast was amazing!!
Everything you need is within the resort but it is a little outside Mystras if you do want to get dinner etc. elsewhere.

Magnificent setting and architecture, very comfortable and well appointed rooms, superb bathrooms rooms, lush and beautiful gardens, pools, etc - Excellent catering at their restaurants !!!. Excellent Spa !!!Excellent hospitality by all Staff !!!

Mystras Grand Palace Resort & Spa is stunningly situated in a grove of olive trees, and it is evident that every care was taken to have the architecture of the resort and the landscaping blend in naturally with the surrounding countryside and the olive trees. There is a feeling of beauty and serenity everywhere. Every staff member was excellent, welcoming, helpful and gracious. You could see the pride that everyone has to work in such a beautiful place. The room was lovely and sparkling clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely, with no leaky showers or problematical plumbing. The laundry service was efficient and excellent and not expensive. Breakfast was delicious, lavish, with many choices. We had two memorable meals in the restaurant in the evening. Definitely the best hotel of our stay in Greece. Highly recommend.
Not to be missed: the fascinating archaeological site of Mystras, now a UNESCO world heritage site, built in the Byzantine period. The remains of the fortress city overlook the entire valley.
