The place is nice, the landlady was so amazing and friendly , she took me with her car to withdrawl money and took me back , she was very nice , the neigherhoood is very ssafe , you have restraunrats and shops and farmacies around you , its very secure.

its a bit far , and wasnt not easy to get there , because the exact looking takes u 5 minutes by walk away from the place.

The property is very nice, an apartment situated in an area a bit out of Medellin. It was clean and had good facilities, and hosts were pleasant.

We had a really terrible time trying to get hot water. We booked this apartment for a special occasion, and when we arrived there was no hot water. We really wanted a shower, but this wasn't possible. The technician was in our apartment all day trying to fix it, which was slightly annoying as we wanted privacy. It was finally fixed that evening, just in time so we could wash before heading for a nice dinner. However, when we woke the next morning, the water ran hot for a few minutes before turning completely cold once again. We had intended to stay for an extra few days, but we really couldn't have the stress of no water and people coming in and out of the apartment. We thought that we might have been re-compensated some of the money from our stay, or at least apologized, but there was nothing. Also the location says there are a gym, swimming pool and hot tub on site. We couldn't seem to find it, and the instructions to it are unclear. Be warned that the swimming pool is outdoors. Finally, the location made it difficult to get to the metro, and lots of taxi's didn't know where the property was.

It was nice clean apartment and the location was good

The only thing I didn’t like was there is no air conditioning and the bed was little uncomfortable
