To my horror, I discovered the bathroom floor covered in tiny black worms, which were hiding between the tiles and around the toilet bowl. I couldn’t believe how disgusting it was. To add insult to injury, there was no hot water either. The price of the room was the same as other hotels in the area, but we chose this one because it was close to where we had business to attend to. I deeply regretted booking the room, and even though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the fact that the room was so dirty made the entire experience unbearable.

I am disgusted by the unsanitary and uncomfortable conditions of this hotel. Everything is old and run-down, including the sinks. I have stayed in other old and small hotels that were clean and tidy, and did not have worms or bugs in the bed. I will be leaving a negative review so that the owner will be aware of the problems and make necessary renovations. This is just a heads up to them and other potential guests.

Isa sa mga nagustuhan namin talaga is its close proximity from the business districts in Cebu. di lang sa SM pero ibat ibang places pa like Ayala Center Cebu and Fuente Osmena Circle.

Poor housekeeping, saw cockroach when we entered. Have some tiny worms in the toilet, also some spider webs in the rooms. There is no water on 2nd floor, and weak AC need some renovation. Not comfortable to stay for more than 2 days....

I had been booking Oyo Maanyag Pension House long before i shifted to another country. Nice property with approachable staffs and it really met my expectations. My family had a great stay at Maanyag Pension House. Looking forward for another stay if back in the city.

I recommend to have a hot shower fixed for the future guests 😊

Easy access to anything

It was a guarded property assuring their guest's safety throughout the stay.

Honestly,the room ive stayed was not so organized ,wirings just hanging,trash on the cabinets and under the bed,only one small towel provided for a family room ( available that time)To sum it up,. cleanliness was poor...

The whole room needs renovation. It's too old and a dusty. There were people talking loudly and children making noise outside. I think they live there permanently or renting the place for long term stay. The place is more like a residential area and not for business.

The room is clean and nice.

But the room beside where I stay has dogs that keep barking at night. Cannot even sleep!

I like the cleanliness of the room, the facilities are working well esp. Heater and the wifi connection as well. The Staff are very approachable.

I hope the maintenance would monitor in getting the trashes and garbage regularly.
