Good facilities in the room, clean bathroom and kitchen

Low pillows. Location - advertised as on 20 mins from the town center, when it is at least 30mins. In the heat in the last few days even 5 mins is a long time to walk.

The residence is in a comfortable position to explore the city without being in the city centre and thus having problem with parking and traffic. Room spacious and very clean

The kitchen appliances are very limited

Remote control for heating was not easy to understand/operate. Some instructions would have been helpful.

Very spacious 2 rooms apartment with everything you might need: aircon, dishwasher, microwave, equipped kitchen even washing machine. Spacious adjacent parking. Across the road a health food supermarket, a coffee shop (if you are not prepared to begin your day without a cup of good Italian espresso). Located within 10 min drive (+10 min. walk ) from main Mantova attractions - Palazzo Te and Palazzo Ducale. Pleasant surprise. Highly recommended

We experienced a 24 hour breakdown of the elevator. But, things like that may happen in Italy and one has to be mentally prepared for them.

It is easy to find be car and you have plenty of shops around, also restaurants and fast food. The way to the city center is about 20 minutes by foot. The rooms are fairly large and the location is quiet. The staff is as helpful as possible.

The staff doesn't speak English. They try to help as best as they can but with English this would be much easier. Some basic things were missing. For example salt or dish washing detergent.
