Great location and great access to anywhere in Wollongong areas, nice bars, gaming room and restaurant in motel.

Friendly staff, clean rooms but didn’t provide anything in your room even any glass for drinking water, cattle, tea or coffee which is very common in same accommodation. I stayed in room number 11 which was pretty noisy at night with sounds from street and big fans in outside. ( double glazed windows highly recommended) Although bathrooms were shared between some rooms but at the time just 2 toilets and one bathroom was in operation,the rest were closed and not in service, creating issues for people.

I liked how close it was to other facilities as well as public transport

Affordable in the Illawarra area, a quick train ride from Wollongong or 10 minutes by a cab. Upstairs from a pub and across the road from a servo for convince.

I had to share a window with the room next to me, saw I window open and when I closed it it opened again.

Building was very clean and dinner was great value fir money

It was very noisy outside, people talking loudly and lots of noise from traffic in car park. We didn’t sleep well as a result

Staff were lovely and very helpful.

The room wasn’t made, the mattress was up against the wall, there were a couple of sheets folded at the end of the bed base, no doona or pillow cases. We ended up just driving home and not staying.

Late check-in

Toilet and bathroom. One toilet was locked for the time of my one night stay. Dirty towel left hanging behind door from previous occupant. Room extremely small for a double.

Checking in and out was easy.

My room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke the whole two nights I was there. I have asthma so this made my stay uncomfortable.

The room, whilst ok, did have a major issue. There is no seal between rooms 3 and 4, they share a common window, with no fly screen, when opened in one room opens in the other. A table would have been nice.
