Location was the only plus to this stay

Perfect location. Beach on the doorstep. Abundance of quality restaurants. Couldn't wish for a more perfect hotel that suited our needs. The apartment was exceptional. Five mins walk from music Square.

Absolutely nothing apart from having to leave.

Amazing location. Main Street at the front of the hotel and beach / promenade at the back . Large pool and sunbathing area with lots of beds ( but still some guests putting towels on beds for the day and making an appearance late in the day ) Room and hotel spotless a special mention to housekeeping for their attention to detail. Lovely balcony to the front perfect for people watching. Great sized shower and nice big sink area. also had a mini kitchen ( which I did not use but seemed to have all you needed) also a fridge and Good TV with lots of English speaking channels.

Just a minor point the wifi would drop off and you had to log in again but no big deal as I had Mobile data

I brought my best friend for her birthday staff are so nice an helpful we went shopping when we came bk they had given us champagne 🍾 an a birthday message I thought that was so nice an special for my friend I didn't expect it

Very friendly staff, hotel is beside everything, great area, good pool and a bar beside it

The air conditioning did not work the whole week we were there, got told it would be fixed and it never was, this was the same for people beside us also, the whole floor had no air conditioning and it was 30 degrees outside which made it very uncomfortable to sleep at night

Location of hotel, apartment and it's sea view and size of balcony, small pool area for apartment was nice even with freezing pool. Amazing stay did not want to come home at all.

Only thing is had apartment 2 with sea view and the second bedroom the twin really needs some form of ceiling fan or air con actually in it as had to either leave door to apartment open or leave window open to get it not like a sauna and that was in winter/spring, noisy outside during night if leave window open would be nice to have option not to have to.

Great location couldnt of asked for better, didnt have breakfast. Room was lovely and spacious, bright and clean. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of wardrobe space etc. Never a problem getting a sunbed and all these areas were kept spotless.

shame no balcony but the big double doors did open s so that was fine. Shower didnt work but was rectified within an hour of reporting which I was more than happy about.

staff were so friendly and helpful. location was perfect so close to restraunts and shops and right on the beach front. pool and balcony were a great added bonus. the kitchen in our hotel room also allowed us to save money as we cooked some meals in it so that was great! it was also my best friends birthday and they came up and gave us a bottle of prosecco and a card which was so lovely. can’t recomend more, went above and beyond our expectations. thank you.

Location. Having stayed at this property on many occasions, I knew it was ideal for what we required.

Excellent location near bars, restaurants and the beach. We had a pool view room which was actually a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room with a well equipped kitchenette. It was very quiet, being on the inside of the complex. The staff were efficient and friendly.

The shower tended to over-flow and the terrace was terribly small. Quite hard to negotiate with two people and a drink!

There is a pool bar only, poor selections of beer(Tropical only on draft) closed at 10pm, not much life!!!

Clean room and public areas, friendly staff. Great location very close to beach, cafes, restaurants and supermarket and just a short walk to the harbour. Nice, sheltered pool. Complementary bottle of Navarra wine and water on arrival. Nice bedlinen, changed frequently. Some English TV channels. We stayed in a Premium Double room, which had a "fold-away" kitchenette - useful for having the occasional simple snack/breakfast and with a good size fridge, though there were no pans and the washbasin in the bathroom had to be used as a sink. Nice little balcony with a side-view of the beach. Great pizzas at the "no-frills" pizza restaurant next to Reception. Good Italian cafe nearby on the main strip (Amore)

The WiFi was a bit intermittent. The breakfast room/restaurant looked a bit soulless

We had to be moved twice, 1st room was like a prison cell with bars on balcony and windows then we were put over a noisey late bar that went on til 2 in the morning and made our apartment vibrate, we had to endure that for the the 1st four nights of our holiday, it was horrendous and totally unfair to put people in them rooms...Room 41 should be avoided at all cost's The room we eventually got was lovely and thankfully we were there for 3 weeks but if we had only 1 week it would of been completely ruined over that terrible room 41

Perfect location right in the heart of Corralejo , on the beach and in the town. What's not to love?

I had no issues

Location was very ideal

Room cleanliness. We had an infestation of bed bugs/ ants. They covered all our clothes and we had to relocate room for 1 night. The next morning we had to move back to our original room where the bugs had been 'dealt with'. For all this hassle and mess we was still offered no discount. Kind kf ruined abit of the holiday as our clothes where ruined.
