Location was ideal for us. Having the roof top pool and sunbathing area was great at the end of the day. Our room, junior suite was very big with good kitchen facilities.

The staff were very pleasant but we did get different answers to the same queries.

The breakfast was amazing, things a la carte, local fruits and pastries, fresh juices, sparkling wine... The terace was enjoyable and the pool and jacuzzi often empty. Very helpful staff.

The pool was very small. The balcony was on a very busy street with cars going right under it, so in return to fresh air or a nice evening with wine you got a lot of noise.

Liked the size of the room, spacious and well organised. Room was super clean and had everything we needed. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Loved the rooftop with the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. They welcomed us with a glass of Madeira wine and was super appreciated.

Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Good view of the sea from the balcony.

Very good price for a hotel few steps away from Lido, and close to Funchal city center (20 mins walk). Clean and comfortable room, wifi was good so I could work some hrs a day with no problem. Was good to have kitchen and fridge. Friendly personell.

Great helpful staff: always ready to help and give advice on where to go, weather and so on. Location is not in the city center but easily accessible.

everything was good, nothing to complain

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful area. It was located on a quiet street and easy to walk to Old Town or take the bus which is located 2 minutes from the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and it was nice to have a small kitchenette for a longer stay. There were towels provided for the pool area and the rooftop was very relaxing.

The bathroom in my room looked older but it was clean. The wifi in my room and rooftop wasn't the best, I had difficulty connecting some days.

We were there for second time. So we were not suprised with very good breakfast. And we were right! The selection of foods, including vege was exciting. We loved every morning :) The pool on the roof is small, but good for quick refresh after our everyday hikes on levadas.

Room was big and clean, staff really helpful, jacuzzi on the rooftop and sauna perfect. I don't like usually pool but this one on the rooftop was great and the view on it was a delight. My time at the hotel was amazing! Breakfast was good and I recommand it 👍

Spacious and clean room, kind staff, great breakfast.

Breakfast was very good, just wished it was included in the price of the room. Glad I was on the 4th floor where I could see a little bit of sea and away from road noise and being looked at on the balcony.

My towelling robe, which I did appreciate, had a loop missing for the belt. Minor thing but irritating. Runaway in bathroom sink was very slow. Tap in kitchen sink came off but I pushed it back on again but not sure if that was something that happens with that kind of tap! I understand the hotel’s concern but would have appreciated being able to request and use an iron and ironing board in my room, not having to pay extra for it to be done offsite.

Hotel in good location about 25 minutes from the air port. Beautiful view from every side. Hotel it’s really clean, once a day they clean your room and provide towels if you request. We had breakfast at hotel which was lovely and plenty options to choose. hotel have pool and jacuzzi which was always clean and nice to chill.
