The breakfast Menu was good but just found that there was not an adequate enough refill on a lot of the items. Overall it was good.

I didn't like that water is only restricted to two bottles. Most hotels have no problems in giving out more water to its guest as water is an essential need. I have stayed at far more simpler hotels and even they would give water as the request of the guests. Work on replacing the breakfast buffet so that all guest enjoy the delicious food.

İ dont like the hotel. Not very clean. And noone speak english. The internet wife is horrible. Never i visit here again

I like the breakfast here, but the restaurant was too crowded to find a seat. The room is not too large but it is OK to have necessary facilities.

The room is too close to Shanghai Railway Station. It may be hilarious for railroad fans but it is noisy to hear roars of trains and metros at night.

Like the friendly staff and great breakfast.

If the breakfast dishes can be vary everyday, it will be perfect.

Breakfast was pretty good, had many options. The laundry service was very useful an comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't refilled from probably half hour before the end . The room that we got had a hars cigarette smell although we asked for a no smoking room. We got another smoked room afterwards. After 2 rooms that we changed we finally got a room that wasn't smelly. The house keepers didn't respect the "please do not disturb" sign and tried to argue to start the clean while we were still in the room. The location wasn't very good, 20 minute walk from the nearest station if you include all the journey inside the station itself.

The location. Tha staff. The room. The hospitality of the staff. And of course the lemon water.

It is very convenient to go anywhere because it is close to the central train station and the subways as well as bus terminal.Lots of food stands and many grocery stores. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff and the manager are superb. They provide free bottled water as well as lemon water at the lobby.

Good price and quality ratio.

Staff could not find our booking, this took so long. Very poor wifi connection.

This is quite a modern, huge hotel that has a very good location. Staff on reception, speak English and are pleasant. The rooms are very nice - very spacious, hot showers, a great TV and clean. For the price, this is excellent value for money, compared to other hotels that I have stayed in. Similarly, the surrounding area has enough places to eat and drink. It was easy to see everything I wanted by a short taxi ride from here. I would use it again, simply due to its price and quality of accommodation. I have not seen many other hotels that have this standard for these prices.

Breakfast was just "okay". It didn't cater for Westerners much at all, which is okay as I prefer Asian food anyway! However, it tasted quite bland and the variety was not that great. Satisfactory breakfast - certainly not horrible, but just not anything to remember.
