Il residence è molto accogliente e pulito Lo Staff sono gentilissimi e pronti a darci consigli.

La posizione è ottima...15 minuti e arriviamo nella zona pedonale e il porticciolo, 5 minuti dal centro con tutti i negozi.

l'attrezzatura della cucina inesistente, c'erano solo una pentola enorme e una padella completamente graffiata. deve essere rivisto questo servizio

When I booked the room I asked for a cot for a 1 year old. They proceeded to put me in a room with no balcony or enclosed outdoor terrace (which most of the others had) so I could not have the apartment door open at all as my 1 year old would immediately try to escape. I asked at reception if they had any different rooms and explained the problem, I was told I should have mentioned this when booking but I had not stayed here before so wasn’t aware of some of the apartment layouts, and I had booked a cot for a 1 year old so you’d assume a bit of common sense would be necessary when allocating the apartments to guests. This made the stay much less enjoyable as we could not enjoy the outdoor area without constantly being on guard and chasing our toddler around. It also meant the apartment was permanently very hot and stuffy as the window in the lounge would close itself so we didn’t get much air in there. I had to rent two fans from reception at an extra cost because of this. On top of this, the apartment was very tired. The fridge was rusting, we didn’t have a bath, only a shower, which was another problem with a 1 year old. The shower was extremely slippery with no shower mat provided, and the plug was not sealed on so I ended up cutting my foot twice from sipping into the plug. There was also grime and mould around the shower seals and it was generally a bit of a depressing apartment to walk into. I saw some of the other apartments and they were much nicer! Some had a balcony, some had an enclosed terrace, much nicer facilities and for the same price we paid for ours. I feel that we were given one of the worst apartments and our 1 year olds needs we’re not taken into consideration. The area around the swimming pool was also extremely slippery, with some tiles broken or missing. My partner slipped and hurt his back falling down some of the stairs around the pool where we noticed broken tiles on the bottom step.

The staff were the nicest and most helpful ive ever came across on holidays.. cleanliness of the apartment and property were excellent. Pool bar food was lovely and the lady serving was so nice. My flight was in the evening time and I was allowed to stay in the apartment free of charge until my transfer arrived at 5pm. So handy with a toddler. WiFi wasn't the best but didn't bother me I used my mobile data. Apartments are 5 mins walk to the top of the strip then about 10 mins walk to music square. Great location.

The toddler pool. It was up steps and behind a wall... no sunbeds there as it was in a walkway for people to access their apartments. I wasn't able to sit down and watch my child in the pool. Also the main pool was too deep for him. I had to be in the pool with him and he had to use arm bands.. which was fine but normally there usually is more a shallow end. Also no other kids his age at the complex. People must have known about the toddler pool which I didn't!! No reviews mentioned this ! We only used the pool twice because of this as my son was bored. Had to pay a deposit for remote control.. safe.. kettle and fan. No black out curtains in the bedroom. Would also have been handy in the sitting room as there was only net curtains and no privacy.

It was my second stay in Maxorata apartments. Everything was very good. For me the best is location. Very close to all shopping centres and restaurants. 5 minutes to the beach. All clean. The water pressure is very good, that’s a huge bonus on Canaries.
