C’était catastrophique j’étais en escale pour 20h à Pékin j’ai déjà énormément galérer à l’aéroport pour réussir à retirer un peu de cash car le métro c’est impossible de payer en carte (malgré carte internationale sans frais de change ou autre) j’ai mis 1h45 pour arriver à l’hôtel tard le soir seule (alors que c’était noté à 45 min de l’aéroport ! Puis super surprise en arrivant je dois repayer alors que j’avais déjà payé au préalable ma nuit j’ai prouvé au monsieur de l’accueil mais il n’a rien voulu savoir. J’étais épuisé, seule, ne parlant pas bien anglais et en pleure ! Aucune compatis, heureusement je suis tombé sur deux française plus d’une heure après être à la réception ! Et elles m’ont aidé Ma carte ne passait pas sur son TPE alors que c’est une carte spécifique pour l’étranger monde ! C’était son TPE le problème mais malgré ça il persistait à dire que c’était ma carte ! Sauf que je lui ai prouvé sur mon compte que j’avais bien utilisé ma carte à Pékin à l’aéroport au café et au ATM donc ça marchait pf bref très mauvaise expérience et en prime un lit dur comme une planche ! The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Wifi never worked in our room. I found a roach on the last day and found that my suitcase was opened when I went back to collect it from storage.

Wifi was toooo slooow and the bathroom didn't had soap and the location of electric inlets is bad

Wifi is bad, the TV in the room is really old, furnitures too, almost nothing western in the breakfast. You need to pick up things like shampoo or slippers at the reception…

The attitude of the hotel stuff: 1. The room clean was only good at the beginning and then only half done no matter we left tip or not. 2. The items for the breakfast were OK. But there were not enough for second round. The answer was just a simple and unapologetic NO.

Staff knows English, cooperative and friendly. Breakfast offers good value for money. Hotel is very close to Forbidden city. A lot of tours offered in a brochure in hotel, very good and reliable agency.

Bar was not working in the hotel, bathroom in the room is clean, but the ones in the lobby and on the floors are too smelly.

The location of the hotel is great and the room was clean.

We checked in a room and it was very cold with very low heating system and the A/C wasn't working properly. We were hardly able to sleep due to cold. Change the room the other day and it was okay. The breakfast is mostly Chinese.
