Flott beliggenhet ved siden av Camden markedene. Utrolig gode senger. Rent og komfortabelt. God frokost.

Ikke kjøleskap på rommet. Varmtvannet i dusjen var litt ustabilt.

Posizione ottima, pulizia della camera, letti, colazione, rapporto qualità prezzo, gentilezza del personale.

Absence de mini frigo bar dans la chambre. Aucune chaîne TV disponible en langue française pour suivre les infos ni Eurosport ou Bein sport en pleine phase finale de la ligue des champions. Ménage superficiel de la chambre et produits de bain à disposition insuffisants pour un couple. Pas de douche Italienne mais une vieille baignoire. Apéritifs servis au bar de la réception très onéreux. Aucun extérieur ni terrasse. Aucune documentation sur les événements culturels, sites touristiques, plan de Londres à disposition à la réception. Aucun personnel ne parle Français même quelques mots. Le prix de la nuitée (environ 400€) est excessif et n'est pas fondé

Location was great. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble and they were always friendly.

Room decor was a bit tired but I think the rooms are being refurbished. We had no view, just outside to an empty gravel area.

La chambre familiale était spacieuse et très confortable. Les lits étaient très confortables, et la salle de bains bien équipée; Le petit déjeuner était extra, de bonne qualité et copieux, le personnel du petit déjeuner est adorable, en particulier envers les enfants. L'hôtel est au calme malgré sa super position géographique par rapport à Camden Town (il y a juste à traverser le pont pour accéder à Camden Lock, un food court est à 3 minutes à pied...), et l'endroit est bien desservi en transports en commun. Nous y séjournerions à nouveau sans hésiter.

Das Personal war super freundlich, besonders als Familie mit Kindern haben wir uns super aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Lage ist super cool beim Camden Market - dort ist immer was los und es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten für gutes Essen.

Sehr freundliches Personal insbesondere beim Frühstück.

Zimmer mit Ausblick zum Fluß aufgrund der Lokale sehr laut. Zeitgleich sind sie teurer. Da passt das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis nicht zusammen.

Staff friendly , good location for round house music venue. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Clean and tidy. Good breakfast. Friendly staff very polite, even thought they don't know what bitter beer is ! , never mind

1) Extra large bed was uncomfortable as the frame was in two halves with the joining divide horizontal instead of vertical. Mattress fitted perfect but the frame being assembled like this left us with back and hip pains. 2) Room service, used twice and both times failed. First time my order was taken, I had a call back to say ingredients were missing so accepted substitutions. Upon delivery I ended up with two identical meals which should not have been the case. Second time I was advised card payment could be taken upon delivery (as it had been during the day). I had a call back to say on a night this is not possible, so I went downstairs to pay. I then had a call back after returning to my room to say what I ordered was unavailable. I am awaiting a refund for this and received a free substitution. I feel certain that, on a limited menu stock levels should be known or checked before allowing customers to place orders.

The location of the hotel being close to where we needed to be and the fact that the reception and bar were open 24 hours

The heating did not work in the room. Breakfast was Luke warm and the coffee machine was dispensing inadequate quality coffee. Overpriced for the standard room for one night and the breakfast not worth extra on top of the room charge. Probably just due to its location that the charges are so high? Felt the room felt like a very budget hotel
