Excellent quality home, well maintained, quiet and spacious… felt like home! Central Covent garden location is fabulous. Impressive all round. The check in/out is easy and works well, I will come back again.

Excellent location, host was very responsive to every question/comment, very spacious and well-equipped flat.

The only comment is that the water pressure in the showers could be better but it wasn't too critical and we managed to have a decent shower

Amazing flat and friendly communication with the host. Our original flat was cancelled last minute, so we were left scrambling to find an alternative place to stay. After contacting several hosts with no replies, I contacted Cheene who was very quick in her replies and managing our check in only an hour later. The flat is to find at a Prime location (super quiet and only steps from Seven Dials in Covent Garden), immaculately clean, modern amenities with Hotel style comfortable beds and accessories. The experience was outstanding and I would highly recommend this place, although I believe its constantly booked! Thank you for a formidable hospitality!

One of the beds and a chair was broken, the water dispenser was not functional and there were some essentials missing from the generally well equipped kitchen (tea towels, dishcloth, oven gloves)

Outstanding flat and most favourable service from a host we have experienced so far. Our original flat at a different location cancelled on us last minute and we were left scrambling to find a replacement. After contacting several hosts with no replies, I came across this accommodation - Thomas was very quick to reply and ease the entire process. The apartment itself is located in a fantastic quiet and safe place, hotel style decoration and features like expensive bedding and linen, white towels and additional gadgets like an Apple TV, speakers and kitchen appliances. We all had that "pinch me-is this for real?" feeling. Highly recommend , no need to mention that we plan to re-book in the future.

Me and my family of 3 spent a few days in London, this flat was the very best one we truly enjoyed. The bedrooms are spacious, the house it very clean and regarding amenities - it had everything we could hope for, ranging from coffee pods to cotton buds. It was just a 5 min walk to Covent Garden or China town. The flat manager was also very responsive and provided excellent service and advices when i had enquires. The flat was super quiet (no traffic at all) and having a lift was just a nice add on. Would definitely visit again in the future.

Fantastic experience, very well maintained property, lovely details, personal touches, super clean, easy communication, 2 of bedrooms are quite large, master bedroom with en-suite nice and convenient, lift access.

Really disappointed that my refundable security deposit still hasn’t been refunded four weeks after checking out and was informed it would be back in my account within seven days. Has put a dampener on what had been a fabulous weekend. Has also ruined my experience with Booking.com

A true gem in a quiet neighborhood of Covent Garden. We loved the location- so very close to all what you want to see and explore in London on a short trip and at the same time super quiet and peaceful to relax and sleep well. The next tube station, Tottenham Court Road, is only a stone throw and so is Covent Garden ... nice walk along beautiful stores and hundreds of wonderful restaurants and cafes around, shopping down the street to Oxford Street is truly amazing. The apartment had everything you might need including washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, Apple TV, etc. Our guest manager, Gene, checked us in, made sure we had everything we need and gave us lovely insider tips - thank you! I would definitely book this apartment again and recommend it to friends who are looking for a peaceful stay in the heart of the WestEnd

Tastefully decorated apartment with all the appliances in the kitchen you could ask for - even a Nespresso machine which was fabulous! The bed were very comfortable in super quiet bedrooms. Safe and secure building. Close to British Museum and Covent Garden, restaurants, shops and theatres. It was a perfect retreat after a long day walking. Excellent Cafe (coffee tree) around the street corner! Would definitely recommend for couples or a family traveling.
