The staff were extra nice. The walls were not thin so i slept vert well. The garden opposite the hotel was a plus.

Shower simply marvellous! No mystery about how it worked, what meant 'hot', what meant 'cold. No individual shower accoutrements (so lesser environmental damage) and excellent shampoo, liquid soap and - yes! conditioner (which is so often missing, now, even from 'top' hotels) in large containers easily accessed and no issues about their being too high to properly access for those shorter in height - they are not fixed to the wall!
Desk for working appreciated - with desk lamp.
Location terrific - don't worry about google maps as the directions will seem unutterably complicated - as at the underground station and they will direct you easily. Ditto if you are going, for example, to Red Lion Square - the varying street names simply ignore and walk in one direction constantly and you'll get there. Readily accessible on underground.

Ansonsten war das Hotel altmodisch, ohne Charme, kleines Zimmer unterm Dach, laut, stickig. Alte Betten und Mini Bad ohne Fenster. Ausstattung eher alt und wenig schön. Personal wenig zuvorkommend, Preis auch für London sehr hoch.

Das Hotel liegt mit der einen Seite am Lincoln Inn, ein Park der von Institutionen und Schulen umgeben ist. Auch das Soane Museum liegt dort. Kein Durchgangsverkehr! Im Park ist ein Café aus dem Musik dröhnt, aber um 22h bzw. am WE um 23 h ist alles ruhig. Mein Zimmer lag im 9. Stock zum Park hin und ich fand es aussergewöhnlich. Es war ruhig, eine tolle Sicht, ich konnte bei offenem Fenster schlafen und es war trotz des warmen Wetters noch angenehm, da vom Park her Kühle ins Zimmer kam. Vieles ist fussläufig zu erreichen, bzw. 2 Untergrundstationen sind 5 bzw. 15 Min. entfernt.
Im Hotel gibt es mehrere Stationen an denen man sein Trinkwasser auffüllen kann. Kaffee und Tee gibt es im Zimmer und an der Rezeption.
(Vorsicht! es gibt auch andere Zimmer in diesem Hotel, deren Lage für mich unerträglich gewesen wäre.)
Leider gibt es im Zimmer keine Mini-Bar für kühle Geränke.

L’emplacement était parfait proche des restaurants, comédies musicales, station de métro mais dans une ruelle au calme. Hotel très propre avec un super petit déjeuner ! Personnel accueillant :)

Muy buen ubicación frente a un lindo parque en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca a restaurantes y bares.
El mercado de Coven Garden a pocas cuadras. La atención del personal en la recepción fueron muy amables y atentos. En cada piso habían maquinas de agua para rellenar botellas que el mismo hotel ofrecía.

The hotel is in a fantastic location close to all the sites of London but also in the historic law courts area and on a beautiful tranquil park. It’s a very clean and modern hotel.
The room was a bit small but having a view was good.

The rooms sizes vary because of the building's age. Our first room, top floor, was awkward, noisy and bright. The staff relocated us to an equivalent, but nicer & quieter room without fuss. They moved our belongings for us without a fuss. We returned to the hotel at the end of the day to a perfectly situated new room with all our belongings inside.
Our first room was awkwardly situated. We were given a new room the moment we inquired.

La atención del personal, muy atentos a cualquier requerimiento, la ubicación, tienen botellas y agua para rellenar en el piso y la máquina de chocolate caliente y café en el lobby. Cerca a los teatros y una estación de metro.

Room was good, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Site facilities were good.
Breakfast did not match the status of the hotel. It was not expensive so that was fine but the quality of food on offer did not look particularly appetising. We preferred to eat elsewhere.

We received a tiny room at the attic , value for money not adequate.
The breakfast is served in the basement, no windows, it’s not pleasant.

Great location and nice hotel with big rooms. Room with the park view are quiet.
Seasonally might be quite expensive but its worthy the money.

The staff at the temporary outside bar were very polite and friendly.
The rooms themselves were perfectly fine.
The staff were unhelpful and for the amount we were paying one might of expected not to have to do so much oneself.
The bar hotel closed at 10pm and even prior to 11pm it was difficult to obtain a glass of wine from the unhelpful receptionist. In due course an unfortunate waitress appeared with a bottle of wine, but didn't know the cost.
All in all a pretty under-whelming experience.
I wouldn't recommend the hotel, and certainly will never stay there again. There are plenty of other hotels in the area where your custom may actually be appreciated and where service is still actually provided.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working. When we called we were told someone would come to check but Noone came. The second night they said the issue was fixed but our room was hot. Service came and got it cooler.
Breakfast was good. Freshly made scrambled eggs.
