Peretuba oli mõnusalt suur, toast läks trepp teisele korrusele, kus asusid lastevoodid. Aknast avanes ilus vaade aiale. Väljas on väike laste mänguväljak. Vannitoas oli vann, mis lastele meeldis. Hommikusöögi lauas oli suur valik.

Kõik oli meeldiv!

Property was amazingly located which I think was the main highlight for me. It was exceptionally clean and the hotel staff were just lovely.

I don’t have many issues other then I don’t think there’s enough elevators. It’s like a 10 minute wait just to get on one and when you do they are very cramped because they’re only small. The beds were absolutely solid and gave me and my partner quite bad back ache in the morning. And lastly there was a truly unpleasant smell coming from the drains on our final morning that completely took over the room and was honestly vile.

The hotel is in a great location, very central. I stayed in a small room for a solo traveller which was comfortable and relatively quiet bearing in mind the location.

The wait for the lift was often quite long as one was out of action.

une partie de l'hotel est vieillot , les lits vieux aussi et inconfortables le pommeau de douche est fixe....pas très facile de ne pas se mouiller les cheveux ... on ne fait plus de douche comme ça il faut rénover! Renouveler les matelas PLEASE

good selection at breakfast, location great for walking to the palladium. Must mention very helpful gentlemen at desk looking after luggage and getting taxi each time we went out, great having a slip of paper giving registration of your taxi to look out for and never a wait more than 2 minutes for taxi to arrive

foyer got very crowded at times, people not knowing where to stand to leave a clear walkway for others not needing to go to desks to check in

Not enough lifts, 30 min wait time to go down from floor 9. Expensive meals at Hudson was £24.95 for two vodka red bulls.

Location was superb. The room was fit for purpose.

Windows were thin, so could be noisy. Long wait times for the lifts and stairs not easy to navigate. Also stair lighting was poor.

Perfect location and clean nice rooms

The air con smell wasn’t very nice actually smelled like urine The lift situation is horrendous you are waiting a very long time and then they are very crammed , the stairs are too much when you are on the 7th floor.

The location of this Hotel is fantastic.

Size of the room was very small.

The property is under construction and the rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The Breakfast choices were excellent both continental and cooked and you can have as much as you want for 15. The staff were all helpful and friendly especially Moses at the concierge desk who helped us with our bulging suitcase. He went above and beyond to help us and was really friendly. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back. The central location of this hotel was very convenient to get to all of the places we wanted to visit.

Excellent location and great price with that location. The room are small but is expected. Bathroom is nice and clean, with the necessities.

The beds are not very comfortable, very squeaky and have a paper feel.

Not enough lifts for the size of hotel and amount of rooms. Had to wait up to 20 minutes at times just to get in one.

Good location to walk to theatreland. Reception staff were very friendly and polite. The reception area was clean abd welcoming

Our party had 2 rooms on 3rd floor but quite far away from each other. My first room was not properly clean, especially the shower and sink. There was grime around towel rail and taps and pubic hair in the shower tray. It was a small dark room, the shower was v small. I was immediately moved to a cleaner room, with an apology. The new room still wasn't really clean but at least I could get into the shower. The bed was clean and comfortable. The pillows were ok. There didn't seem to be air con but there was an adequate fan that kept the temperature cool enough for sleeping.

Great location, plenty of choice for breakfast. I have stayed here before and have felt right at home here, the only thing I can fault on this occasion was that the wheelchair lift was out of service but we managed and the staff were on hand to help when they could. Looking forward to my next stay here.

Everything was great,staff brilliant.

The lifts.!!Took ages to get to us stood for a while and took the stairs with our luggage when leaving and also once at breakfast and had to climb up. We didn't mind but we were on the 7th floor !!. Most people we were waiting with were complaining as well.

The location was excellent.

The rooms were extremely small with a very uncomfortable bed. The biggest bug bear though was that for the size of the hotel and number of guests, there was not nearly enough lifts to manage everyone! We waited 15 minutes one day to get from our room down to the main lobby! I appreciate that there was renovations going on but even with the lifts that were out of order it still did not look like there would be enough lifts!

Stanza piccolissima, calda e rumorosa. Non c'e aria condizionata e in estate a Londra fa caldo. La piccola finestra non garantisce il ricambio d'aria. I rumori all'esterno sono insopportabili. Mancanza di parcheggio auto.

I understand that the hotel is under refurbishment and that will include new carpets
