Clean and comfy room, very spacious. Sauna brilliant, shame there is no option for morning löyly! Had dinner at the premises, was at high standards and good value for money. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best on our travels. Would book again!

Parking was hard to find, and very difficult to use as the space in the underground hall was limited. Very narrow with sharp turns and corners.

Although the furniture starts looking slightly dated it is convenient and cozy. The receptionist was extremely friendly, made my day.

Great hotel, huge comfy beds, quiet rooms. Cute oldies corner and a perfect kids corner as well. Parking available. Perfect Finnish breakfast.

The room for three persons was spacious. I was able to change the temperature in the radiators which is not always the case.

Very good breakfast with select loose leaf tea from Teeleidi, a local tea shop in Jyvaskyla.

The saunas were under renovation in the hotel and they booked us a private sauna in another hotel for free. That was so nice!

Sound leaked very easily from the hallway but thankfully wasn’t much of a problem during my stay at least. Room had a bit of dust here and there, for an example, the lamp covers where dust would fall on the night tables.

Not easy to find. Parking too far away and not free of charge.

Once at the hotel the location allowed us to walk easily to all the shopping and tourist sites. The street in front of the hotel was a pedestrian walk way with no car traffic allowed which was nice.

When we arrived finding the parking garage to park our rental car was a challenge and caused some frustration, but once at the hotel everything was great.
