Bien situado, a 7' caminando de línea Yamanote. Dos o tres tiendas de conveniencia cerca.
Ya habíamos estado con esta cadena en Osaka y nos encantó, pero este hotel es de 5/10. Pequeño, a pesar de ser Japon. Instalaciones viejas, habitación poco cuidada. Entraba mucha luz por la ventana y no era suficiente con las cortinas. Mal insonorizado. Sonó una alarma a las 01:25am y solo sonó en japonés.. por lo que no sabíamos qué era. Al salir asustados al pasillo vino el de recepción a decir que era falsa alarma a pesar de haber humo en el pasillo. Sin más explicación. Creo que es importante ante una alarma de evacuación que sueñe en inglés también, ya que no supimos que hacer

Sicuramente la struttura migliore nel mio lungo viaggio in Giappone.
L' hotel è datato ma viene tenuto pulito.
La zona è tranquilla e ci sono molti locali carini.
La fermata della metro non è vicina, bisogna camminare per almeno 10 minuti e se si prende la JR la strada è tutta in salita, non il massimo se avete molti bagagli.

Great location, short walk to train station and 7/11 opposite. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and a few restaurants were around that we tried. Reception was helpful and there were some free amenities and the option to borrow straighteners which was a nice touch. We used the coin laundry service twice, it was helpful that it is open 24/7 and onsite. The room was clean and a fridge in the room.
I would say this room would be perfect for a solo traveller but a couple we found the bed and room a bit tight. I think is good value for Tokyo especially it's location.

Posizione buona a dieci minuti a piedi da varie fermate della metro.

Location was good. Just 5 mins walk to Sunshine City bus terminal. There is a convenience store right opposite the hotel. Close to Toden Arakawa tram line but a bit of walk to the JR Yamanote line. Toden Arakawa tram is just a stop away from Otsuka JR station.
Room was quite spacious and equipped with microwave oven, kettle and essential amenities. My friend n I could lay out our suitcases comfortably. Bed was comfortable. Sleepwear was provided. Amenities also available at the front desk

Sehr gute Lage, super Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Der Bus zum Flughafen ist um die Ecke, sehr günstig und super zu empfehlen wenn man zuviel in Tokyo einkauft und am Ende der Reise schweres Gepäck hat :)

I liked that the hotel was near convenience stores, walking distance to shopping mall and train stations. The area felt very comfortable walking around. I loved the fact that you had a 24 hour laundry facility, it was very convenient and much appreciated. The staff was very friendly and a few spoke and understood English, thank you you very much!
I really would’ve appreciated a Coffee station, WiFi didn’t work very well on my iPad and since I stayed longer than a week, it would’ve been nice to have my room cleaned once.

Emplacement idéal ! Hotel très propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires, personnel très gentil et surtout un prix plus que raisonnable pour sa situation.

The third time I'm staying in this hotel. The staff is friendly. The rooms are small (there was still enough space for lots of luggage for 2 people) but cozy and there's everything you need. A fridge, microwave, and watercooker. Free amenities, washing machines are available.
You have to seperate the trash by yourself and have to take it out yourself, but that is really not a problem.
If you need lots of space for yourself when staying as a couple, the bed might be too small for you. For us, there was enough space.
There was maintenance work and you had to let the workers into your room, but we left the hotel before that. Also that is not the fault of the hotel itself.

位置尚可，旁邊走路三分鐘就到路面電車向原站，一站就可以到大塚站。
附近有全家和711，
旁邊的印度泰菜餐廳和松屋也很好吃。
結帳請小心陷阱，刷卡時店家要我選擇貨幣，
看到台灣國旗下意識就選擇了台幣結帳，
沒想到被多收了整整5%費用，店員完全沒有告知！
我非常的不開心，也請各位務必選擇日幣結帳。
下次不會再來。

Excelente ubicación. El cuarto estaba limpio y es cómodo, es chico, pero era tal cual lo que mostraban las fotos. Excelente wifi.
Las almohadas no eran muy cómodas y la cama un poco chica para dos personas, entrábamos bien, pero justos.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del metro y de diferentes restaurantes. Zona tranquila y segura. Habitación pequeña pero cómoda. En recepción te facilitaban cualquier cosa de aseo que necesitases y podías coger sobrecitos de café y té para desayunar, ya que en la habitación había hervidor de agua. Muy contentos.
Por decir algo, la habitación era algo pequeña pero es lo que se suele ver en Japón.
